The following day, I called, ask to speak to the owner, his name is Josh, atleast that is the name they gave me. As I sit and write this review of them, I have not heard from Josh. I cannot fathom that my own insurance company told me to go through another insurance company. I will also be writing to Safety Insurace, about my ordeal at Ironside. I'm taking my 4k worth of policies and going else where. Imagine, my own insurance company telling me to claim elsewhere........what a waste of paying them for years.

Edward quickly put together two options for our home, explaining why he thinks one is of better value, he took tremendous efforts explaining each line item on the insurance contents, and discussing with me every discount we can have. When we asked him to quote the car insurance, he presented four combinations, each with pros and cons, and a top level summary. He also did not mind telling us what he thinks the better option was (not worrying about being hold accountable for his recommendation). He also put his explanation in written details.........helped us understand what the dwelling replacement cost vs. what mortgage company is looking for.
