I've had several issues with appointment delays (40+ min), scheduling errors, billing errors and in general poor communication issues. It's been disappointing and frustrating. The quality of care from the hygienists and convenient location have kept me here but I miss Dr. Greg and Dr. Sal and the practice it used to be. They did set her up with a dr we had never met before to do her cleaning. I was told Dr Berger was no longer with the practice and we were unaware. The cleaning was really fast and I felt like she didn't do much. She polished first which was strange. She flossed my daughter very fast and rough. It hurt her pretty bad. She also wiggled a tooth out which we were ok with. But she didn't give it time to get numb and it was very painful to my daughter. She also left a huge blood piece of tissue attached and we had to go to another dr to have it remove right after. We will not be back.

I unfortunately need to share my negative experience at Bridgeport braces…read more I had a very tumultuous experience on every step of the way during my Invisalign treatment. From getting my teeth glued together, receiving the wrong number of trays, missing attachments on my teeth. One positive thing is that when these things happened Dr. Bartley was quick to respond to my concerns and get me a new appointment. However, there was very little communication towards the end of my Invisalign treatment, they left an attachment on my teeth, and they gave me molds for my permanent retainers. Something I was not aware of until the same day. Today I came back to get the missing attachment removed and to my surprise they did not honor rescanning my lower teeth giving me new retainers which all happened due to their oversight. I am very disappointed at how my case was handled so I believe it was important to share my experience to everyone.
