He's replaced one of the furnaces, unthawed one of the hardest frozen pipes issues we've had, replacing parts accurately-knowing it was the issue without second guessing himself, replaced our shower values which are hard to get out but he seems to have every tool for any job needed. Replacing our hot water heater and more. I'll be honest and say we tried a few others for lower prices for all of them to fail and having to call apex to finish the job n mess from the 1st person that they couldnt figure out(like 4 different companies). Lesson learned for sure! Michael removed and reconstructed the wood entryway (see picture). Michael also did significant replacement of rotted wood/rotted decking, scraping and repainting of two porches (see pictures). On our side porch he removed a rotted column base and reconstructed a new base off-site while supporting the porch roof using an effective and efficient method (picture). We also had him strip and repaint an exterior door that had been poorly painted by a previous contractor. The quality of workmanship that Michael delivers is simply outstanding. Also, he constantly communicated with us throughout the process - we knew in advance when he would be on-site. His painting is impeccable. We are grateful to Michael for his time, workmanship and we look forward to putting him to work here again!
