They all speak to the poor quality work that Adirondack Basement Services completes. The mess I am still cleaning up. They assured that they would make me whole, not leave me hanging. This went on all winter and in spring they "finished". They displaced a wall and then called the mortar instead of fixing the joints. Between that and the other mess, the four mason companies I've had out have estimated it will cost me double to fix what they have done to my home. The people were courteous, but left a mess and the one guy constantly complained about how he should've be in sales this year and he could not be more disgruntled. I've had to reach out to my insurance company to find out what to do as the way it was left is not structurally sound. So I humbly advise you to use ANY other company than this if you value your home. UPDATE. Per the response received for this review. It wasn't completed because they rarely were on site for more than 4 hours at a time. Which is noted in several other reviews. The fact that your company responds to this but does no out reach on job satisfaction after a job is complete and by complete I mean not completed is hilarious to say the least. The damage done to my home from moving the chimney an inch and a half out of place, breaking bricks, pushing out my wall and the list goes on is shameful that you even have the nerve to reply. A full refund won't even cover the cost to repair the damage your company did to my home
