The Franklin Chauffeur was not only perfect on paper, they exceeded every expectation in reality. This well established business has an efficient reservations system in place; I was easily able to set up an account and book multiple trips within minutes. The hands-on owner responds quickly to email inquiries and answers her cell phone immediately. In the trips to date, the cars have arrived on time and have been new, comfortable, and clean. You call or even go to the agency to try and make payment with her she is never available. I now attempted to cancel. I sent this woman emails and called. I finally spoke with her after leaving a message with the agency answering service to cancel an be done with this agency. Here is it 2 weeks later and I have yet to receive a cancellation email or a refund. I have called her and sent another email and Julie has not responded. She is the absolute worst. I would not recommend her to anyone. My family member are still trying to contact her to payoff there trip and they have yet to get in contact with her. DONT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT. SHE IS THE WORST.
