The travel agent told me she would not help with my request unless I had booked the trip through her. I know I won't be booking any future trips through partners in travel since they were unable to accommodate a small request that would have taken only a few minutes of their time and would have engendered goodwill and 100% positive feedback. Look for a travel agent that goes out of their way to help instead of looking for ways to cut you off.
