Unfortunately this store (and possibly others) does not carry all the sizes available online; therefore, there was no way to simply shop and try clothes on for a good fit. The woman who helped me was nice and did try to help me look for ideas to shop for online- the stock is not her fault. She did tell me that the sizes run small, which is good to know and exactly why I avoid shopping online - I shouldn't have to purchase multiple sizes to find the one I need. Anyway, I couldn't find a suit I liked online (ordered from a different company) but did order a pair of work pants to try out. Unfortunately, after a week the order arrived and I received the wrong item - a complete wrong item and issue with the warehouse. I used the customer service chat, which took 40 minutes to issue a refund and return label. Then I was told they could not create the new order for me and I would have to call in and place the order. They would honor the price I paid and expedited shipping but there was nothing they could do unless I called. I haven't done so yet, I'm kind of feeling like that was strike 3 and might not even be worth it because who knows if it'll even fit.

As another reviewer noted, some of the sales staff is very eager to recommend online ordering of out-of-stock shoes (does he get a commission?!), but especially when my kids' feet were still growing, that just wasn't practical... and really still isn't if we're not already familiar with the brand. But we buy shoes on nearly every visit, and we're always satisfied that we paid a great price.
