I usually go to Kohls for my Amazon returns and because there is a Sephora in house. This time we were looking for shoes for a dressy occasion. I was not successful but I will say that the store is ALWAYS very clean and clothing is straight (never on the floor etc). The staff is ALWAYS eager to help and kind. This store is following all the rules during CoVid. Everyone is masked. Greeter at the front door has hand sanitizer for anyone requesting it. Cashiers are gloved. Before, and now, it is well organized, clean, brightly lit, and staffed by friendly, helpful employees. I was not intending to shop today. I had an Amazon return that was so fast and efficient that I forgot to ask if I needed a receipt. I did get a 25% off coupon, and instead of waiting, I used it today. I bought bras, which are always expensive and necessary - like masks worn by all of us in the store. Even though it was BOGO 50% off, I got the additional 25% off. You can't try anything on, but Pushpa, my excellent cashier, said I could return them if they did not fit. This was a great experience, and I will return to shop, even if the bras fit. read more

Kohl's was not a place I visited regularly, but once they started taking in Amazon returns it became a place I visit at least once a month. Since the. i discovered they have some great clothing options and provide some really good sales. Even though it wasn't a place I sought out in the past, Kohl's has become a place I have started looking forward to visiting and seem to find something I like (or a few things) during each visit. The only department that seems to be lacking is the children's section - not much to offer there, but they do have a very large section for women/juniors/teens. The coupon you get when returning Amazon items is a nice bonus too! read more

Came to buy a roaster rack and it took a lot of wandering around to find staff who could help. After being paged a manager stepped up, I explained what I was looking for and sent a young man who had no idea what I was talking about, after explaining what I wanted a few times he walked off. I searched some more since there was no follow up from management and when I saw the young man again I was able to show him pictures of what Kohls was supposed to stock. Since he couldn't find it by looking in the same spaces over and again I asked him to call in to see if it was in stock. He couldn't read so I helped him but no one apparently answered him. The staff weren't rude but they were hard to find and the ones I found were useless. read more

If one MUST shop then this is an excellent store to do it in. Kohl's has such a huge variety of clothing, home goods, toys and unique items. I really like the selections there. I don't live shopping so I like knowing that I can get many different items from one store. I especially like Kohl's options for women's shoes. Didn't feel like there were many options for men's shoes, however, and my son went away without a new pair. At any rate, Kohl's is a good store with plenty of choices for yourself or those Christmas gifts you're going to need to pick up. read more

Clean and still looking new and fresh, this kohl's has anything you need to be in style for the current season. They have just signed with Amazon to be a return center and they have a kiosk opposite the kohl's return desk. Easy and convenient returns. Part of the return receipt gives you 25% off your next shopping bill in kohl's. Nice bonus for me and I'm sure for kohl's too. I have taken advantage of the coupon both times I've returned and my only complaint is the lack of check out associates. 2 areas to check out with 1 line each. 1st time it wasn't a problem but the next time, very late in the evening we happened to be behind someone with a very complicated order that took forever. 1 cashier was not enough. Not a fan of the bargains via coupons and kohl's is big on coupon sales so don't shop here often but do like the quality of their products. read more

You really can't beat the sales that Kohl's has. I love walking into the place and finding their clearance area at 60-90% off. i love that I can find jeans from different makers and try them all on. From Levis to JLo to Elle among a few of the brands that they offer. There truly is something for anyone in their fashion departments. The have one of the best plus departments I've seen in a long time. I see that they're also carrying high end make up these days too! This is great for someone like me! read more

I was at Kohl's trying to return an amazon item. When it was my turn to go up to the cash register, I was not met with a smile even with me trying to be civil. I had asked if I was able to return my package but the cashier had no clue what I was talking about and was very rude about the transaction. Luckily, a fellow cashier helped me find the correct place to return my item. Before I had gotten my item, the cashier that was assisting beforehand just threw my returned item at me. She had red hair and was at cash register number 2 I believe around August 13, 7:30-8:30 pm. I did not like this attitude AT ALL and believe she should be informed how to hold a better attitude. read more

But, man, the benefits are just outrageous. The store is nicely organized, is bright and easy to navigate. Customer service is just right: personable help is available as needed, and pressure is non-existent. The store is loaded with great deals on products that you need or want. Lots to choose from. The cream on the top includes the amazing specials, credit card discounts, coupons and Kohl's Cash, which is incremental kickbacks for all purchases. TLDR: plenty of options to choose from, decent prices & friendly staff. If you can't find size in store order online while there for free delivery! Overall, I love this kohl's location. The staff members have always been helpful to me and there are plants of pricing kiosks that can help you find a price or see online options if necessary. Some areas of the store can get disorganized and a bit overwhelming when looking for clothing. This seems to be exacerbated around the holiday season but, not exclusive to it. Most of the time you can buy online and pick it up in store the same day with a very short wait but, if you go around 6pm on weekdays as I did, you might encounter more of a line in the pick up area. The online pickup desk is located towards the back on the right side of the store. Staff members helped me find it the first time & you might be able to score one of the designated online pick up parking spots too! read more

Kohl's, why are your prices so durn high? Decided to tag along with a buddy of mine who just moved into her house, and I agreed to give advice about home decor. This is the wrong place to do it. Other than sales, the regular priced items are highway robbery. She saw a toilet brush holder she liked. I looked at the price tag... Twenty one dollars and change for a plastic contraption to hold a brush you scrub your toilet with? Ya gotta be kidding me! Thankfully she opted to pass it up and go for a few $5 towels she saw (they were on sale of course). Needless to say, with me being a cheapskate, I had a list of other stores she could go to and purchase items for far less. I'll be back, Kohl's... when everything's on clearance. read more

Shoppers BEWARE!! We recently moved into our new home hoping to find the perfect blend of colors to decorate our bathrooms and spent OVER $ 400. We left the store with 3 bags only to get home to find a bathroom set of towels were NOT included in those 3 bags. We called the night manager the next day and the response was maybe those items are still in your car or somewhere else in your house... we checked off each item and yes a whole set of towels were missing and went back over the weekend to find the manger who looked at "footage" of the event and yes went out with 3 bags but looked like a bag may have fallen off the counter... "that was probably empty"...so we are still out over $ 120 in towels and the response was ... "this is not uncommon for this to happen". Really?? Will NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN... Lots of decent clothes here. Lots of parking and not too tough to get to as it's right off of 19. Staff here have been helpful when I've been here. I purchased a pair of pants from here that somehow I walked out with the alarm tag still on it. 4 months later, I went back there to have them remove the tag, and it took 10 minutes to get that sucker off, but they did it without complaining. read more

You can find some good deals at Kohls. They usually have some great deals in their children's section. Wait for it to go on clearance though because full price is insanely ridiculous. The Kohl's cash entices you to come back and spend more money. I've fallen into that trap a few times, but sucking up a good deal may be well worth the enticement! A note on the clothing racks in the clearance section, it is only separated by boy/girl. Good luck with finding sizes. If you end up finding exactly what you can use, it makes it that much better of a deal! read more

If you need help you will be contacting someone in a 3rd World Country as Americans are apparently not good enough to be employed by Kohls. I just spent two freaking hours trying to place an online order for TWO BOXES OF 16 Keurig K Cups. I am SO taking my business elsewhere! I may not make them rich with my purchases but a buck is a buck and they will feel it as I spread the most demonizing stories about how they cannot operate a simple online order system without making everything AWFUL! KOHLS sent me a rebate in Reward card Visa credit card form WHICH THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT AS PAYMENT FOR A KOHLS PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service!! Tried calling the store NUMEROUS times to have a question answered and they NEVER picked up the phone!! (Who on earth doesn't answer their phone during normal business hours?) To make matters worse ... I drove down to speak with someone (directly) and I was horrified at how I was treated! I first spoke to a young lady at the register and it was clear she hated her job. Only to be followed by a snotty young lady in customer service, followed by an extremely rude manager who has NO business in "customer support!". And trust me people, I'm not writing this because I didn't like the answer I got when I got there. As a matter of fact the answer worked in my favor (concerning a price match). This is being written so that you're aware. I'm new to the area and maybe this is considered the "norm" here in Florida but next time I'll consider driving the extra 15 miles to Tarpon Springs rather than step foot in this store again (IF I decide to return to Kohls at all). read more

Kolhs has almost everything you could need. I agree with another reviewer that their regular priced items are way too high and overpriced in my opinion. I mean there are some sweat pants that looked pretty nice but when I felt the material, it was thin and almost see through I'm sure. Anyways. Their sales and clearance are great although The merchandise is a bit messy. That could be fixed but I understand that that can't be attended to ALL the time. Also I tried to order shoes in store and I would have preferred it if the sales associate placed the order but then directed me to the kiosk. I tried fumbling with the out of date thing (really slow processing imo) then found that the items that I wanted to purchase was different on the kiosk than what I saw online. I went back and they said they couldn't do anything and didn't even try to help. I wasted 35 mins standing in line only to be directed to a machine then that failed then told they couldn't help me. read more
