I understand talking about an encounter with a customer. But, maybe you should wait until the customer has left before you start talking shit. The sign in the window says buy one get one 50% off EVERYTHING. That's all I saw. I didn't see the words typed in -57 sized font that said some exclusions may apply. So, I get 2 pair of jeans that are $19/piece. Take them up to the lady to check out. See that the BOGO wasn't applied, and tell her so. She says that because the jeans are already on sale for $19, it doesn't qualify for the BOGO sale. I say, "Except the sign says everything." So I turn to my husband and ask him to see if there're more words on there that I missed. To which he looks and replies with a yes. I tell her, "Okay, well...that's actually pretty misleading." She goes, "Yeah, I get it...that's why we make sure to tell everyone when they walk in." I tell her nobody said anything like that to us when we walked in, then pay for my belongings and walk over to my husband who is standing by some shirts. Next thing I know, I can hear her making fun of me for not knowing that those exclusions applied. Maybe you should teach your employees that if they HAVE to talk shit, they should do so AFTER the customer has left. This is one reason why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. People don't have to deal with kids not having respect when they shop online. ‍

I had just gotten off of work and my sons father was wearing a suit. So we didn't not look like hooligans in this place. The snobby and conceded employees made us feel so uncomfortable we walked out and spent our money else wear. What kills me is that I probably make 4 times as much as the people that were trying to make me feel less than. But that's on them they lost out on good commission. Teach your Employees to be a little more humble.

Items in the stores had discounts up to 40%. They also had a sale section aisle that had items with even higher discounts. As we wandered around the we picked few items to try.
