I bought two suits around the holidays without looking into the brand - it seemed like an interesting idea and, as I needed a suit, seemed like a great opportunity to buy an extra. I promise that you are better off going off the rack - feel free to DM me if you'd like some suggestions - and getting a few small tweaks at the tailor than you will be with these. These suits fit horribly, feel cheap, and you'll deal with the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in trying to rectify. After my measuring experience - the people there are not tailors and don't really give much in the way of constructive guidance - I had an uneasy feeling. I should've just canceled right there, but instead I waited until I got out, checked reviews (Reddit, Twitter, TrustPilot are all filled with people who have had similar levels of regret in going with Indochino) and immediately canceled my order upon seeing how many people regretted their purchase. However, they did not cancel it despite sending me an email acknowledging my cancellation and despite a sign that says cancellations can be made within 24 hours) and processed my order anyway. At that point, I thought "what the hell - can't be that bad" and waited for the suits to arrive. When they arrived, they had a boxy silhouette, sleeves that were too long, a jacket that was too short, and pants that hugged my calves despite multiple mentions that I needed room in the calves. When I took them for alterations (in New York), I was simply told that everything looks great but they can shorten the jacket sleeves if I really want. It's not often I want a company to go out of business because people need jobs, but I will be ecstatic when Indochino can no longer sell their horrible suits to KC. 1 star. Please avoid at all costs.

I returned and they were not complete. Returned the next morning to pick up poor quality of work. It appears to be a Mom & Pop shop, very nice people, but will not use again and would not recommend due to issues above. The owner was apologetic about the delay and poor communication, but the poor quality speaks for itself.

I was so nervous to get all the necessary alterations, including a major shortening due to my 5'2 stature. I was able to get that and alteration to shoulders of the gown which allowed it to fit perfectly for my special day. The quality of the work was excellent and the turnaround time was totally reasonable. The alterations cost $120, but it was well worth the investment because this dress is a once in a lifetime experience for me. The craftsmanship was excellent. I also appreciated the excellent customer service and the shop cat, Puma was a wonderful bonus!

I could not be more un-impressed and will never be back to this place. Also, I did take it to another tailor and they told me that it ABSOLUTELY can be done and is called a euro hem.
