There are so many shops packed into this place that you can easily spend hours just walking around & seeing what catches your eye. There was a lot of foot traffic when I was there, & w/ the FL. heat on top of that, it was a little much @ times. I didn't come here w/ anything specific in mind I just wanted to look around & see what I could find. I didn't find much deals which was a bummer. A lot of the stores were so busy it was hard to get any service. If you like outlet shopping, there's plenty here to keep you busy!

Great place to get my surfing clothes ! cheap! the service is always friendly and they let me take…read moremy dogs to help me shop! Their sales are really good! I often come out with $500+ worth of clothes and only pay $125 for them! Dressing rooms could use cleaning and updating , some of the hooks were missing so it was difficult to hang up my clothes and had to use the door. I will definitely go back again!

Getting them on sale at least made the pain a little better. This outlet? Well, if you like Robert Graham this is Nirvana. No matter which style you are into more you will find it here and at a great price. The selection makes online sale shopping seem like the dumb idea. Service is great too. The salesperson was very helpful in figuring out how the discounts worked, etc.

Prices are still high for the main merch, but if they have things on Clearance, you can score some pretty good deals. Not as good as Nordstrom Rack, but still good. They have a bunch of different "cool" patterns in both long and short sleeve. I mostly looked at the button downs (or ups?) but I think they had some other stuff as well. They had a super tiny women's section with hardly any selection, so ladies, now you know how we feel at your stores! I'll gladly return to this store and may even suffer through traffic and parking just to come here.

As I'm "slightly" taller than average, this can be a real issue. When I called this store, they said they had it and they kindly set them aside for me. I think the helpful person on the phone could sense the rising panic in my voice... When I arrived, the pants were waiting for me although I found out they were the dreaded button-fly variety. They are in a very heavy tourist area, so the crowds here seem constant. Imagine Christmas crowds all year long. Although they generally have a nice selection of items, the store is usually a mess. I'm sure it's because the employees can't keep up with the constant customer flow. If I'm in the area and want to stop by, I make sure I have plenty of time to work my way around the store and to wait in their long and slow checkout lines. The employees here are usually fine, but seem unmotivated to provide quick or friendly service. Overall, I won't pick this store over other Ross locations, but I also won't avoid it unless I'm short on time or patience.

Even though there were some colorful garments, white and black seemed to be the dominant tones. Most of the dresses, skirts and shorts were rather tight-fitting and didn't come close to the knee. The men's dress shirts were not the type you'd wear to the office. Most everything was very reasonably priced though. The skinny jeans I picked up were $19.99 on sale. Many other circular racks were also marked on sale which means lots of good deals. They also sell ladies skivvies and very sparkly belts. Plus all of their sunglasses are only $7.99 which means you can afford more than one pair!

There were way too many shoes and the sections were too close together, so you would not really be able to bring your cart through some of the aisles. You had to leave your cart parked at the end of the aisle in order to walk down and look through the stuff and then I have to walk back down to your cart to grab it and move to the next aisle. The service was good the staff are usually friendly at most locations. The value is always pretty good too. This one was just too much.

Good assortment of men's street wear brands like billionaire boys club, cookies, hasta la Muerte, ice cream & paper planes. They have cool sneakers too. I'm talking about the manager, Vanessa…read more I had bought a pair of Skechers on clearance that I absolutely loved from the Famous Footwear Outlet in Daytona near where I live. One of my feet is substantially longer than the other, and although my left foot felt like it was walking on a cloud, my right big toe felt slightly pinched. I was attending a seminar at the Florida Mall, and I decided to bring my Skechers to see if I could find the next size up as the store I got mine from did not have it. I called this store, and after placing me on a 5-minute hold, Vanessa proceeded to look online to tell me the stores around that had a bigger size but not the color I wanted. When she realized after we talked more that my shoes were on clearance, she went back to look at her shelves again, and found she had the exact size and color I wanted. She was willing to hold them for me for 24 hours. As I was checking out, I said on a whim, "You don't ever sell shoes in two different sizes do you? " She said, "You know what, I will for you. They're on clearance anyway, and we need to make room for more inventory, and it will make you happy." I was amazed. Both shoes fit perfectly, and I got the exact color I wanted at a great price.
