A nice location. Clean and well organized and has a very boutique feel. It is rather sizable and they did have a good number of items available. They also had a solid sale section if you're looking for a discount on the pricing. The staff was busy with other customers so I can't necessarily speak to that. But they were being very helpful with the customers that they were attending to so I would say that service is good. Everything on Park avenue pretty much requires that you find parallel parking or park in the garage and walk to location, so keep that in mind when you decide to come out this way. But it's definitely worth the stop in if you like this brand and are looking for some new pieces. Overall: A A solid clean location with plenty of options to choose from from the brand. read more

Cute boutique shop with some of the best athletic apparel. Very clean and organized inside. The staff were incredibly helpful as soon as I walked in. The whole process of picking what I needed and trying on different sizes (the sizes are different than just s, m, and L) was seamless because someone was always there and willing to help. I wish they had a bit more of a variety like they do online, but I guess the store would have to be twice as big then. You get what you pay for and this is quality athletic wear. read more

5 Stars for lovely sales associates who are super helpful, not competing for sales, and are open to some light chatting as well! I was walking by and realized that I have never actually been in a Lululemon shop, much less tried on any of their gear. I'm what the French like to call "le cheapskate" and Lululemon always seemed a little rich for my palate. But when on Park Ave, one often finds oneself feeling fancy af. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with the most calming of scents, essential oils and white privilege. I kid! I kid! But the oils were on point, not kidding about that. As I perused and wondered if I was going to have a Pretty Woman-esque "We don't have anything for YOU here" moment with the sales associates, I started to notice that they had tiny sizes for miniature people (I am one of said minute folks). I have the hardest time finding winter jackets that fit my small shoulders and don't make me look like a child playing dress up. But, here, I was in a tiny shoulders heaven! I quickly grabbed two sizes in a jacket and took them to the dressing room area to try them on in front of a mirror. I was struggling. One jacket fit me like a glove, but being my mother's daughter, I felt compelled to size-up so it would fit me if I grow. (I stopped growing in elementary school, mind you.) I looked around with fear of making the wrong choice evident in my eyes. And in came Catherine to save the day. She not only offered her opinion when I asked, but she talked about the similar jacket she has and how it faired in cold weather and fit over sweaters. She helped me with enthusiasm and not a hint of judgement. (She let me shop!! Queue excited Julia Roberts gif!) As I contemplated spending a small fortune on this jacket, I remembered that in trying to be more minimal with my wardrobe, I am focusing on buying quality clothes that fit me really well, despite a steep price, knowing that I will take care of them and wear them for many years. Plus, it was cute and I wanted it. Last thing I'll say- when I went to make my shamefully expensive purchase I told the man at the register that Catherine had helped me. He looked up, smiled, and let me know that they all work together (no competition for commission!). Then I commented on the oils and the woman at the other register started telling me which oils they use and we laughed about essential oils while both knowing that I would later be selling a kidney on the black market to afford the jacket I'd just bought. So, yeah. It's pricey. But if you are the type of person who wears things until they fall apart, this may be the quality and fit you're looking for. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, much less from a premium brand. Imagine receiving a gift from your daughter for Father's Day, and simply needing to exchange it for a different size - EXACT ITEMS! Then going to the register to have them refund you the discounted price and wanting you to pay the higher retail price difference!?!?! Yes, I had the receipt and all original tags were still attached. So, I canceled the transaction, including the additional items I was about to purchase AT THE NORMAL retail price. And my wife out back the sports bra she was about to buy. So, instead of five items, we left with ZERO (I simply returned the original two). And I will never return this brand again given their inflexible policies; Nordstrom's or YETI they are NOT. Too many fish in the sea to put up with this type of service. read more

Customer Service was terrible. Went in person due to military discount and was ignored even though I had a stack of stuff to dry on. The staff was running around bringing things to some younger size 0 s who left without buying anything. I ended up not buying anything, but took a while to browse around the store. It was fairly busy, but my friend and I weren't acknowledged at any point by any of the sales associates. It was a hot day, so I really appreciated the fact that they have water fountains inside the store and even one of those fountain options to refill a cup, which is very nice. I'm so glad that they decided to open a store on Park Ave- it's definitely the perfect location for Lulu! Heidi was unbelievable. i needed to quickly run in and purchase a pair of leggings but didn't have a whole lot of time. this store seemed like it was a more higher volume Lulu than most, so i was a little nervous about my time constraint. thank goodness for heidi!! she spotted me the moment i walked through the door and was on point from then on. got two solid pairs of leggings within 10min and i was in and out even FASTER than expected! incredible staff at this location all around, but heidi in particular was an absolute gem. the company should be lucky to have such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and passionate employee like heidi. promote that girl!! 5+ stars read more

I'm shocked this location hasn't garnered amazing reviews already! I've been in here twice now and each experience was great. Their customer service is top notch and they don't make you feel like you have to buy anything by being aggressive, but they answer all your questions and make helpful suggestions. I was pondering if I really needed a $65 strappy back beautiful black sports bra and one of the girls showed me that they had one with some color to it on the sales rack for $45. Score! I do barre pretty regularly so I always need (or at least feel like I need) new yoga pants. I am not super familiar with their pants as I had only owned one pair before coming into the Winter Park location, but they led me in the right direction when they showed me the new Align pants! They are called the "Naked Sensation" pants and they are the most comfortable things on the planet. They are designed to not give you the dreaded muffin top (let's be real here, no one wants that) and to hold you in but still make you feel unrestricted. They are made out of the most comfortable material I've ever felt, seriously, and I recommend you try them on ASAP. Lululemon's prices are high, I'm not going to try to say that they're not. But, they do have high quality products and high quality customer service. They let me know that if I ever have an issue with any product I've brought I can bring it in for them to fix, replace, etc. I would rather pick up a couple of pairs of pants I love from here then a few from Nike or somewhere else that I'm just kind of "Meh" about. Rudest staff ever! I am a local and prefers to shop local versus online however the very few often times I have visited the store with interest to purchase, the lack of customer service always discourages and intimidates me from buying.. I am not greeted nor offered assistance. Thought the first time, maybe it was because of they were busy but this is every time I've visited. The very last time I visited was the last straw when I ask 2 different associates for assistance and they seemed bothered and showed no interest in wanted to assist me so I put the things I was looking to buy down and left. I will not be coming back to this location even though I am a park ave resident and a really appreciate and like lululemon, and it really sucks because I rather support my local businesses than online but not with that kind of poor customer service. Now I know, and you know, and we all know that going to Lululemon often is not realistic. I knew coming here was risky, and my wallet was twitching in my bag but I ventured out to this location based off Andi's review of their customer service. Being an avid gym-goer, and seeing girls at the gym in their leggings, I was dying for a pair. At 10:30AM, I was standing outside the doors, peeking in. Once inside, I walked over to the leggings in the back and started grabbing all sorts of styles and colors in my size. I also wanted shorts, but couldn't find any so I asked for help. The girl who helped me was sweet and took her time to look for my size and the color I wanted, but they didn't have them in stock. She looked online and we found out I could order them because they weren't in stock at any of the stores near me. I tried on a few pairs of leggings, knowing fully well I could only afford one (and by that I meant my credit card could only afford one in 5 future installments). I finally decided on a pair of their 7/8" leggings because being short, these fit me as normal length. The material is amazing, they make my quads look poppin', and basically completely worth burning a hole in my wallet. Check out was simple, and they give you a cute bag. Overall, I had an amazing shopping experience and felt little to zero regret about my purchase because everyone made me feel comfortable. I would say I'll be back, except I definitely already went back (this is a no judgement zone, right?), and had a bomb.com experience once again, which just shows that their customer service is consistent and their products are high quality.
