We both spent well over a hour each waiting for a simple call. Healthcare is hard to come by, let alone afford nowadays. Jasmine not only disrespected our time, but also took full advantage of the price we pay for healthcare. It's not like this was an in-person visit that required really anything more than her time and presence. Do not use her. I hope she isn't getting paid for the non-work she did. Absolutely ridiculous. As an individual who runs a business I would NEVER no-show a client. This is absolute disrespect. Edit: 4.5 hours after my wife's scheduled appointment and negative review Jasmine called my wife's phone not once, not twice, but 8 times! Wish you had called sooner. Too little too late.

Thank…read moregoodness i also stayed overnight , on two occasions I found her sound asleep, in addition she was unable to move freely around the small space. I requested another caregiver who was unable to read the telemonitor, asking "what do those numbers mean". I emailed and called several times and was ignored. They certainly were on top of things when i was considering hiring. I thought I should have been refunded for at least the two nights. Again I was ignored. I found them to be unprofessional, untruthful but most importantly the care and knowledge was inferior. Stay away from this if you care about your loved ones, I wish I had.

As a result, they have an obligation to try to keep their customers happy. We needed a companion for our beloved family member and while we were a little shocked by the cost, $600 a night, we hoped that the companions who we hired would be empathetic and hopefully we'll compensated for their time. Overall we were very satisfied with the companions as well as the customer service. One thing you should know. If you arrange for a companion and your patient ends up getting discharged from the hospital, you still have to pay the full price for night. No refunds. So I'd advise waiting until the afternoon before reserving a companion or nurse, since once you order the service you are committed to pay the full price.
