I notice some of the other staff weren't as friendly or welcoming towards me which is disappointing as a new client. When I finally met with the dermatologist and her assistant, they definitely rushed through the consultation and didn't spend enough adequate time to truly listen to my concerns. I suspect they were in a rush since she they were dealing with another patient in another room. I wish they could have really listened to my concerns and made me feel more seen as a patient. I did get some skincare samples which was alright. Overall, it's not worth going to Vital Aesthetics especially if you have any dermatological concerns.
