Unreliable! On our outbound pick-up, the driver was 20 minutes late. Then he chose to take the Bay Bridge route to SFO from San Ramon, rather than the San Mateo Bridge, which would have been a shorter trip by about 20 minutes. Then the driver almost missed the Hwy 24 cut-off--I had to tell him at the last minute. He didn't seem familiar with the East Bay area at all. On our return trip, Marcus completely forgot about our scheduled pick-up at SFO, even tho we'd left a voice mail for him during our layover in Atlanta hours earlier to remind him. We arrived on time at 12:15 am, called him to let him know we were ready to be picked up, and he was at some "family function," so we had to sit and wait 45 minutes for him to come and get us--after having been traveling 17 hours that day. I've officially found my go-to transportation service in the Bay! The entire experience from booking to day-of transportation was incredible. I was organizing a 30th birthday for a group of 10 people to Napa, and was looking for a transportation service that could take us to a couple of vineyards for the day. It's really tough to trust your babies with just anyone, but Marcus has the best solid, calm attitude and really set my mind at ease. It is always a risk to leave your ride to the airport in the hands of someone you haven't met, so I was counting on Marcus to live up to his 5 star reputation. Marcus did not let us down, he was on time, his car was clean and smooth, and he was a pleasure to do business with.
