I had a fantastic experience with Comfort Transportation I was looking to coordinate a last minute Napa tour for some friends that were coming in town, and Leo delivered! I called and spoke to Leo He was excellent in helping me work out the limo details (duration, costs, type of vehicle) and plan an itinerary. I booked on a Thursday for a Saturday trip, 6 hour minimum. Leo arrived half an hour prior to our departure time and walked through everything with me. He exhibited the utmost professionalism. I couldn't recommend Leo as a driver highly enough! The day itself was fantastic. Leo took us to 3 different wineries and he also took us to a restaurant. We were having so much fun that we added on an additional hour, and it was no issue at all. All in all, I couldn't recommend Leo at Comfort Transportation highly. Don't go wine tasting without Leo! We had a wonderful day of visiting wineries in Napa and St.Helena and I'm so grateful we had Leo to drive us. His Lincoln Navigator is huge and comfortable. He is a safe, competent driver and he has a great sense of humor. He had a refrigerator stocked with water and allowed us to put some snacks for the trip on it too. The five star reviews are real ya'll I was suspicious of all the five star reviews on Yelp, but took a chance on them anyway. We used them twice. Once for a tour of Napa and the second from the hotel in SF at 4:30 AM for an early flight at SFO. The service was excellent! Superb, actually. Both times. Both times Leon was waiting for us, handled all our luggage without being asked, was professional, courteous, provided pleasant conversation, and drove safely. We selected Comfort Transportation based on the Yelp reviews and after calling two other ride services. There were 6 of us going to the Sonoma County area from SF for wine tasting. This is really the way to go. Leon was wonderful and had the vehicle stocked with plenty of water. He also gave us some chocolates to have with our wine. I needed transportation from my home to the cruise pier. Leon quickly responded to my request for a quote, which seemed reasonable to me. He called to confirm the time and location the day before, and showed up on time. Since we were going on a cruise, we had a great deal of luggage, which Leon packed into the SUV we ordered. The ride was smooth and comfortable. We agreed on a general time for him to pick us up for the return trip home, and I was to call him. It turned out we were ready for pick up nearly an hour before I had thought. I called Leon and he was there for us shortly. He loaded our luggage, and unloaded when we arrived at home.
