He wrote the tracking number on a piece of paper and proceeded to wave it in my face when I didn't immediately notice him trying to give it to me. After I grabbed the paper from he went back to what he was doing without saying a word to me. I waited for about 30 seconds and finally asked him if we were done. He looked up and barely nodded. No thank you, no have a good night, no nothing. Wing is a D-Bag who should be in customer service and should most certainly be fired. what a joke.

She took the first shot and found out the memory card was faulty. She replaced the memory card and took the second shot. The picture quality was so bad that I had to go to walmart to take another set of photos. They advertised for $9.99 but ended up asking for $22.00. She explained to me passport photo is $9.99 but visa photo is $17.00 and digital copy is $5.00. I do not like to give negative review but this one is justified.

Staff overall doesn't seem to agree on or…read moreunderstand the the policies; one staff member will give me my partner's package and another won't unless my partner is there, despite living in the same suite. I've stopped by multiple times just to waste my time when they refuse to give me a package that I have to come back with my partner to claim. I ordered a 15.5kg package that one staff member couldn't lift, which is a little pathetic. They had a trolly right beside the front desk, but instead opted to shove the package along the floor for two minutes until they asked ME to come behind the counter and pick it up for them. Absolutely horrendous. Get a dolly or staff that can lift the 50lb minimum. I'd get my packages delivered anywhere else if I had a choice.
