Two days before our trip, I called them to ask for details. To my surprise we did not have plane tickets. I called the airline and they did not have us either. I went to the office and they confirmed that we did not have airline tickets. The agent offered to cancel the trip because we had insurance. I told him I wanted a full refund. He refused to give us a full refund. I told him that AAA did not have tickets for us to fly and it was not my fault. This was on a Friday and our trip was on Monday. Do not go to Northgate AAA for travel.
