When approaching the counter she was engrossed in her writing and didn't bother to look up. With her head down, she said "ma'am" and I asked her politely if I could get $25 on pump four, she didn't say anything and took my cash. She then proceeded to check the two 20 bills I gave her with the marker (totally fine) but felt the need to examine them further by flipping them and making sure they were still valid bills. I could understand this if I were paying a large sum of money, but this was not the case. After checking the bills thoroughly and getting my change she handed me back my change without looking up or saying anything. No thank you, have a nice day, bye or even a look of disgust. I must say that I will not be returning to this gas station and will go out of my way to take my business elsewhere. I'm not sure if this woman was having a bad day (she helped the woman in front of me with great pleasure) or if she just doesn't like people of color. Nonetheless, I don't support behavior like this from anyone and will not be back.

The only way to set up an appointment is through email which in and of itself is not efficient, and its only made worse by their lack of communication. I emailed them and called didn't hear back for 3 days. When I finally did hear back they did not offer full information and it took several replies before I got an appointment. It's also not clear that you won't be able to wait for your car to be done. You HAVE to drop it off and have someone pick you up. The area is super sketchy and it's extremely hard to find the actual location it just looks like a bunch of rundown garages. I would not recommend going here.

Very prompt response and quick turnaround to our request to have a car detailed. He was able to do the car detailing on site while we did our own household chores. Most importantly, the work he did on the interior of our 6-year-old SUV was amazing. It looked better than the day we bought it; in fact, it looked better than a brand new car we had just bought. Every bit of dirt was gone, the leather glistened, and the car smelled fresh and new. I would definitely hire this company again!
