It was one of the worst customer service experiences. He didn't like the fact that I purchased his service on Groupon. Before I went, I was letting people know where I was going, PROMOTING his business. But I told them all how horrible the service & results were. If I could give a ZERO I would. Brian was rude as hell. Referred to my car as shit. Did not do even half the things advertised. He is a SCAMMER, DO NOT spend any money here.

The only way to set up an appointment is through email which in and of itself is not efficient, and its only made worse by their lack of communication. I emailed them and called didn't hear back for 3 days. When I finally did hear back they did not offer full information and it took several replies before I got an appointment. It's also not clear that you won't be able to wait for your car to be done. You HAVE to drop it off and have someone pick you up. The area is super sketchy and it's extremely hard to find the actual location it just looks like a bunch of rundown garages. I would not recommend going here.
