They chose C-Worthy which proved to be fast, reliable and quite affordable. Fast forward 2 years later when on a boat trip back from Cat Island one of the awning straps was lost at sea never to be seen again. Luckily C-Worthy had attached their contact info to the awning so we knew exactly who to contact. Since "we" didn't do the initial ordering and it was all handled by Complete Marine, it did seem like it might take some investigation work to dig up our original order and specs, but my Mother anticipated this and sent me with the strap that wasn't lost at sea so they could make a duplicate that way. I dropped the strap off on Monday at 4pm, and by Tuesday at 5pm they called to let me know it was ready. Great customer service and again very fast!! We're looking forward to working with the C-Worthy team to get cushions made for our new boat when it arrives next month.

He broke down the estimate so I could decide what services I wanted. We picked a day and I dropped my 31' Tiara off. I told him take your time, no hurry. A few days later it was done! An hour later, he called back saying it needed a new CPU and will cost over 2K, he then said he knew a way to wire some stuff together and he added a relay, then charged me $800 for it. When my trusted mechanic returned to town and looked at it, he was shocked. The real issue was simply a dead battery and the remote. He removed what they had installed, and the jet ski started right up with no problem, and what they added was straight juicing out my battery, He told me that charging $800 for what they did was nothing but a huge robbery. Moral of the story: be very careful who you trust with your equipment. I would never recommend this place, really upset over this. He was such a pleasure speaking with and asked can I answer any questions for you, so we walked out to discuss a few things including price and I was quite impressed with his interest in my decision to make the right choice. As I was leaving I couldn't hardly wait to show these boats to my wife and son. When I returned the following the following week Jess had just left but Ron Lees was in and greeted us kindly. After explaining my previous visit with Jess, he was so friendly and eager to help us with the questions we had. I have already been looking at pricing prior to coming but we wanted to sit down and talk about a realistic cost with everything included, fees and any other additional cost, we were given a price that was far less than I expected and some extra items we included as well so we had decided and agreed on the purchase. These two were absolutely sincere, did everything they said they would and made the entire process a real pleasure. They not only finished earlier than agreed upon, but the installation came out beautiful! I am fixing this boat up to sell, I will certainly use these guys on my new boat should it require any upholstery or canvas work.
