On my 3rd visit, she began to rush the time with me. She stood up, by the door, ready to leave, while I was still explaining my symptoms or asking a question. I tried to explain the same symptom multiple times in 2 visits but she didnt hear them in. She completely ignored it and tried to feed me with a feeling I didnt feel. It sucks to not able to find a patient doctor and given the Canadian system, it's hard to find doctors to accept new patients. So I guess I'll have to put up with it.

The reception staff have absolutely zero customer service skills (if you read the other reviews, it says that the staff are rude). But worse than being rude, they're just plain incompetent. My doctor said that someone from the office would call me regarding my referral request and they did not. When I called the office two weeks after my appointment to check on the status, the doctor's secretary hung up on me (fine, could just be a mistake) BUT SHE DID NOT CALL ME BACK. When I called HER back, she gave me incorrect contact information for the gynecologist I was referred to. I HAD TO GOOGLE THE GYNECOLOGIST MYSELF IN ORDER TO GET THE RIGHT INFORMATION. After calling Catchet Medical AGAIN to have them send the referral AGAIN, I decided to speak to the manager instead of the incompetent secretary who gave me incorrect information. While I EVENTUALLY got my request fulfilled, it took me well over 5 phone calls to get it done AND I had to do all the research myself. I will also add that the doctor secretary I dealt with couldn't even pronounce the medical terms properly - a MASSIVE issue considering that you work IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. This is LITERALLY just the tip of the iceberg in regards to the incompetence of the staff. This review is already long so I'll spare you my other experiences with them.

Dr. Susan Ngo was very helpful and was able to answer my questions and provide the help that I needed. The clinic also had a pharmacy which was very efficient in getting the prescription right after your visit with the doctor. The pharmacy also offers a free Mcdonald's coffee while you wait for your prescription! This is probably the most customer service oriented clinic that I've ever been to.

Please don't use the pharmacy. I was checked by the doctor at 10:30. Good turn around. I approached them 3 times to find out wha was taking so long. Finally after 1 1/2 hour later I git my medicine and this was after I had submitted my insurance detalis in advance to speed up the process. It was simply shameful to make a patient in pain wil for a full hour and a half for the medicine. I dont equate it to good patient care.

The staff are very friendly. Pauline has the exceptional customer service by explaining to each customer politely and nicely who are anxious and irritable while waiting for their time. The female technician draw blood and I did not feel the pain. Lots of parking. It's first come first serve basis. Everyday is busy and if u want to avoid long line up. Come early at 7am.of

Love this dynacare's location…read more Staff are nice and always happy :-) Some staff have a very good technique, so I feel nothing with my bloodwork. I really love their waiting area, huge, clean and comfortable. They have quite a few stations, so the wait time is not that crazy (compare with the dynacare in Unionville.) You can online check-in, and the wait time will be shorter.

Dr introduced herself and soon I get the test and rest in the rest room. She is very kind and provides test result. I got a cold from the nurse that put needle to me . That afternoon I got running nose. The nurse has a cold and blow her nose. I think the place should have instruction if the nurse has cold should put on mask and sanitized their hands before touching the patient. Or she should not come to the clinic.
