The staff are very friendly. Pauline has the exceptional customer service by explaining to each customer politely and nicely who are anxious and irritable while waiting for their time. It's inside the Shoppers Drug Mart therefore not as big as other locations, since I'm not familiar with its setting, I hesitated a bit when I get there, but the front reception kept asking me to wait that it won't be long ... However, the nurse who took my blood test poked into my vein so painfully, that my arm got bruised even after a few days later. Don't know what went wrong, I thought Dynacare is a big company and their staff should be well-trained and proficient, very disappointed with the service provided

I had the paperwork from my Doctor along with my health card ready for the person at the service counter. Some services are not covered by OHIP and you'll have to pay upfront out of pocket. There's seating for about 20 people. The TV monitor on the wall displays the wait times before you're seen by a lab technician. Staff were polite and efficient. I was in/out in 30 minutes.

Urine all over the toilet bowl and floor...making it sticky...you would expect that it would be clean on Monday 8:30 AM...not. -- The cup holder for urine samples has dry pee tartar from never been cleaned! Customer Service: -- The staff is ALWAYS in a bad mood (I've been here 3 times...different days of the week at different times). I always get lightheaded when I get blood drawn, and when I told this to my nurse Christine she made time for me to lay down so that I didn't faint, and finished the process so quickly that I was affected less that usual. When going for the test that are required it can be very scary but they always have a way of making sure you are reassured . My technician's name is Shani shamili and I have had her pretty much for every time I've been there which has been many times and she is absolutely amazing . I look forward to going to my appointments as she makes the experience so much more comforting and is a very calming soul . Is she is extremely knowledgeable about what she does gentle and quick but completely thorough . In fact this was my 3rd time changing my appointment and they were always super helpful and understanding. They use an OPEN system colon cleanse machine called (Angel of water ) which is great for many reasons. 1 . You don't need much supervision with those system so it allows you privacy . 2 . You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. The only part of the experience I found a bit confusing was that the entrance was somewhat hidden inside a health food store. This may be a bit confusing if people aren't aware of the exact location. Didn't deduct any stars for this as it does make the space more discrete. Greta job guys !

It was the perfect balance of privacy cause duh, and support cause... who isn't nervous about getting this type of treatment done for the first time let's be real. Great service, and I love colonics now too! Flow has become an important part of my self care routine. Would highly recommend.
