IMPORTANT! - Dynamex is Great! Dynamex has gotten many bad reviews which make it look unreliable. Here are my 2 cents on the matter. I just ordered next day delivery on a particularly pricy and small pc component to upgrade my laptop's storage capacity and saw that it was coming through dynamex who I had never heard of before. I looked them up to see if I could learn more about them and saw all of these horror stories and bad reviews about how awful dynamex is. I understand that it completely sucks when something isn't delivered properly or the way that it's supposed to. I don't blame those people for writing a bad review. However, I have never reviewed UPS before, or USPS or FedEx or any other delivery service, and I doubt many people do when they order something off of Amazon or Google or any other online market place. The first and foremost review a lot of people will do is on the item, the next and less popular review is the review of the store, lastly and very rarely, is the review of the delivery service. Only those who had bad experiences will review this place in hopes they can prevent others from experiencing the same thing. The fact remains, they are a decent, less-well-known-than-UPS-or-USPS, delivery service. Hell, you can find just as bad reviews if not worse on any delivery service. Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars. I was scammed out of paying $1500 and the company refused to refund any. The company tried to threaten me to get more money, and I never saw the unknown package. This could have been a scam outside of the company, I don't know, but please be aware if you get contacted by a company: Dynamex Express Courier Services Limited. God will handle them and wrong they do to people. The threatening starts after I nicely asked for a refund: "No way the company can refound you money when you have not cleared your package and if your package spend 24 hours in our office the security team will come to your address and charge you for it." One of the only handful of companies that I've encountered that deserves 0 stars. Amazon has been using them for some deliveries lately, and just about every one of those deliveries using this carrier has been either lost, or delayed. Order saying delivered, while not actually being delivered. Apparently it seems that Dynamex can travel to the future, as tracking once showed that it was delivered 4 hours ahead of current time (was not delivered yet again). Everything about this carrier is mediocre in the best of light. EDIT: Just spoke to the leadership team at Amazon customer service. Apparently, you can request them to put Dynamex in the last of the list of external carriers they use for your account. Did just that. And also requested they remove Dynamex from their overall logistics cycle. I wonder if Dynamex is stealing our packages. I came on here to leave a review and see that everyone is having the same issues. My package was delayed a day for some reason then marked delivered when it wasn't. I was home at the time and checked my door step within 5 minutes of the claimed delivery. No package found. I contacted the company immediately to try and track down my package. I was emailed a picture of the delivery location which was a random walkway that I didn't recognize and couldn't locate after searching my entire complex for an hour. On 2 other separate occasions my packages were marked delayed and never delivered. Dynamex has to be the most incompetent delivery service in existence! It's a guarantee your item will be a minimum one day late if not several. I recently ordered a precision gauge from Amazon with delivery instructions that my gate would be unlocked and for the item to be put inside my gate next to my front door. These boneheads tossed it over my 6-ft gate onto concrete destroying it! As I write this I have another package that is missing in action. I have previously requested Amazon not to transport anything to me through them. If you see Dynamex as your shipper save yourself a lot of aggravation and immediately cancel your order! I am one of many unfortunates that has a missing Amazon package thanks to Dynamex (and I've never heard of them until now). My package was supposedly delivered 3 days ago. My doorbell was not rang (I was home), nor was there any package for me (funny enough there was a FedEx package for me). I contacted Amazon to see if they can deprioritize Dynamex as a delivery service, they said they cannot, but will put a note that I prefer either USPS or UPS for my deliveries. "TForce Logistics" known also as "Dynamex" have unfortunately been partnering with Amazon meaning nobody will be getting their packages, and all the tracking information will be falsified so you won't ever know what's truly happening with your delivery. Horrible shipping. My Amazon package was out for delivery for 4 days and inquiry's are pointless no one ever got back to me. The tracking system they have is extremely vague and inaccurate. Never received my package I called and spoke with someone letting them know that it must have been delivered to the wrong address and the guy was adamant that it was delivered to the correct one. I was home all day and my husband walked the entire perimeter of our house there was no package. On top of that the delivery was for Saturday and it showed a Saturday deliver on the front of my order however when you click on the tracking like you could see it was delivered after 6 pm on Monday! 2 days later. This company is absolutely horrible at what is supposed to be their purpose - delivering packages! Absolutely every single time Dynamex was assigned to deliver my package that I've ordered from Amazon next day or two day delivery, it always arrives 3-4 days after it's scheduled delivery. Sometimes the package is fine, other times it looks partially opened. I'm no exaggerating either - at least a dozen times that Dynamex was the delivery company, the package arrived late by several days - every single time. This time it was just ridiculous - I ordered a board game for my family last Monday with two day free shipping. The next day my sister ordered the same board game for her family (we live 5 minutes from each other). The difference was, she got UPS and got the package that Thursday, I got Dynamex and a week later it's still missing. I got a refund for it but I sure hope Amazon learns from these horrid reviews and drops Dynamex as a provider. I ordered Something from Zara and realized the tracking Status had been "out for delivery" for 3 business days; inquired with the company on the status and location of my package and was told they would "investigate" it. The next morning the tracking info was updated to "delivered" at 3:20am EDT...what are the odds of that, once an inquiry is made the package was suddenly delivered?!! I give them 2 stars out of caution. The number of stars is actually equal to the number of deliveries I actually received within 48 hours of the delivery date. This time they were only 24 hours late for a Prime next day delivery. Like every review here I experienced the same. 2 deliveries never made it. One actually arrived 1.5 weeks after the replacement items were delivered. Which Amazon charged me two weeks ago for not returning the items I actually returned. One actually made it on the Prime delivery date set by Amazon. Every time I see Dynamex assigned to an Amazon tracking email I get hives. Even though this one missed the target by a day it is a major achievement. The tracking / out for delivery notifications worked and the driver was personable(Keep him) . I ordered a package through Amazon early last week that was supposed to be delivered Monday August 31. It was shipped on Sunday and still set to arrive on time. Unfortunately, it still hasnt. I had assumed that Amazon would use reputable carriers for their Prime service. I talked to Amazon that Monday day after receiving a notification that there was a delay and they said give it a day due to a carrier delay. I gave it a day and on Tuesday Amazon notified me that it is lost, but then later that day it was out for delivery. It wasnt delivered. Once again Tuesday the package had a carrier delay. And once again the package was lost. Until today, the package miraculously poofed backed into existence and was on a truck out of Jessup. I thought, wow maybe this time they got it. And you know what! They didnt. Never delivered. This company is like Schrodingers Package, except every time you look theres actually no package. Who knows what is going on over there. To be honest, any Dynamex reps out there? Can I just come by Jessup and pick up my package? I am not that far from your office. God forbid someone uses this company for something important that they require to do work. Completely unreliable. Avoid at all costs. Abandon hope all ye who expect packages. She calls me freaking out because she was out of the house at the time but she has ring cameras all over her house and she said that it recorded the delivery person throwing the package at her door from a far. Horrible carrier. They don't ring doorbells and lately my packages are being delivered by them. They deliver packages at 6-7 am and never ring doorbells. I live in an apartment and they always leave it outside on the Main Street where a lot of people walk pass by my apartment. They could've rand my doorbell and I buzz them in to leave in the mail room which is through a glass door. I have a package coming tomorrow and it's being delivered by them for the 3rd time.
