I would honestly give them 0 stars if possible. I don't know why Amazon started using them for deliveries but I will probably never use same-day or one-day delivery services again if it's through this carrier. I was home all day waiting for this package to arrive and I needed it quick (hence the one-day shipping). It said it was out for delivery and then I receive a notification that my order was cancelled. On Amazon it says "Customer refused delivery: package damaged". I was perplexed bc I never even saw the package nor the dispatcher and there was no delivery attempt! Did they just make up an excuse or delivered to the wrong address? Or they damaged the package during delivery and cancelled the order themselves? I don't know. So I called customer service, which was horrific. The guy basically told me that I rejected the package and they're sending it back. I DID NOT REFUSE DELIVERY AND DELIVERY WAS NEVER ATTEMPTED. I live in an apt building and you must ring the intercom to come in so I would hear it if someone rang it. He then told me that they don't ring doorbells as per Amazon guidelines. What?!? So how am I supposed to know if the dispatcher is here to deliver and how can the person come into the building then? So I asked him if I was supposed to stand outside all day to receive this package. He then told me that they will get in contact with the dispatcher and it will take 2-3 days.. Sir, if I was okay with 2-3 day shipping I would've selected that instead of the 1-day. Overall, horrible experience. I decided to look up Dynamex after this BS and (ha!) looks like they just have a bad record all across the board. I hope Amazon stops using this carrier. read more

Update: Contacted Amazon and told them I wanted to file a corporate complaint. They reviewed my order, de-prioritized Dynamex as a carrier for me, and notified shipping department of issues. I recommend doing the same for this chronically deficient company. ------- I am regular Amazon shopper and this company is awful at getting packages the final few steps to my door. I can see every time that packages arrive at the local courier for delivery and as soon as I see Dynamex as the final step then I know it will be late. They have yet to prove they can deliver a package on time. The good reviews here are not the norm and the overall score is low for a reason. I often think they lose packages on purpose so their metrics look good for lost in shipment and not late. I get Amazon can't manage this companies employees but hope Amazon scores this business based on reviews to discontinue with them. Tacking Number DXAFUL5495847 I wish I could give -5 (Negative starts). This tracking is for a Funko Pop I ordered for my 5yr old son. This was scheduled to be delivered on the 28th of December. It showed it was "out for delivery", then after 8pm the status changed to "late". The 29th, It showed it was "out for delivery" again, then after 8pm the status changed to "late"... AGAIN! On the 30st, early in the day, I called Dynamex to get status. The rep took my information, messaged the driver, she said she would make sure it delivers that day, and said she would call me back with status in a few hours. I never got the call, and once again, after 8pm, the status went from "out for delivery" to "late". The 31st came and no delivery again. Today, on the 1st of January, I look for status, and the new status is "your package may have been lost." My son's in at this point asked why Amazon is doing this, a fair question. I explained that it was not Amazon but the currier, and he said, "but didn't you order it from Amazon?" and he ran to his room and cried. That too is a good point. With this kind of service, I can see why anyone would want to cry from frustration. I completely understand why Dynamex has such low reviews, and I don't understand why Amazon keeps using their service. Amazon is such a staple of service that partnering up with a currier that does not know what they are doing will only reflect back on Amazon. I wish Amazon would give us an option to select the currier, for now, we will probably cut back on our Amazon purchases. I am sure this will most likely not affect their sales, but for us, saving a couple of dollars, is not worth the bad service. I will also be canceling our Prime account. This is the single WORST delivery company out there that Amazon works with. You just know there will be a problem when you get a tracking # from Dynamex. As simple as that. UPDATE: Wow, after 7 days of no movement and reporting them to Amazon they suddenly marked the package as "Delivered". Of course they did not deliver my package. Deprioritize Dynamex! Unfortunately I had a delivery that was set to be delivered through Dynamex. I live in a gated apartment complex so I know sometimes it is difficult to get deliveries after a certain time of the day. Luckily I have access to an Amazon locker outside of a 7 11 that is walking distance. The locker is accessible 24 hours a day. I was surprised when I received an update on my package saying delivery was attempted but they couldn't get access to the gate. There's no gate around the locker. It's outside. Amazon says to contact the carrier which was Dynamex and their name wasn't even on the list of carriers(if it was under a different name I did not notice but Dynamex definitely is not listed under carriers in Amazon when I checked). Looked up Dynamex online and saw a lot of negative reviews on them. Contacted Dynamex through the phone number found on Yelp and the person who answered it gave a completely different company name. I give her my tracking number and she says the delivery was attempted but they did not have access to the gate, but also gave me a code for the Amazon locker. So either it was delivered or it wasn't. She said it was out for delivery so I waited to see if it would be delivered or not. Also tried the locker code she provided and that did not work. To top it off I could hear her eating while on the call. I felt it was very unprofessional. Next day, still no package, still no update on the amazon site. Contact them again and the person only has information about the attempted delivery the first time. Nothing about being out for delivery or the locker code and now does not know the status of the package. He said he could escalate and have them call me back but refused to transfer to someone else who could help during the call. I asked for an ETA on when I could expect the call and he said one hour. It's been past that amount of time and I still haven't gotten a call. I asked for an email detailing what we talked about and how my issue was escalated. Have not received an email. Again, felt it was very unprofessional. Thankfully the other reviews here mention getting Amazon to deprioritize them as a carrier and I went through the process to do so. Amazon support was a lot easier and more professional to deal with and that was the only positive with this experience. Terrible service, have informed everyone I know about my experience and also to stay away from this carrier if at all possible. They basically stole my package! I order two items from amazon which shipped through Dynamax. On the day they were supposed to be delivered Amazon showed that the item had been delivered, but upon calling Dynamax they said my address was incorrect and as such the item couldn't be delivered. I have NEVER had an issue using this address on Amazon before. I gave them my phone number so they could call when attempting re-delivery, but it's be 4 days since my package was supposed to be delivered and I haven't gotten so much as an email or phone call. I have never experienced a shipment company as bad as this one. How they are still in business is beyond me. I ordered clothes from Zara about 3 weeks ago and the eta was supposed to be less than a week. A few days later I got an email saying it was delayed, no big deal. However, the new delivery date passes, and still no package. There is no new delivery date provided I have called and they say it will be moving soon it has now been over a week and the status is the same with zero updates on where my package is. These clothes are for vacation which is why I ordered very early to make sure I get them on time. My vacation is now a few days away and I still do not have my clothes. That was for my first order. I then call Zara to explain the situation and they re-ship my items via express shipping. Why they decided to go with this useless courier is something I will never understand. Because the new delivery supposedly arrived after I had to check the tracking number because I received no emails letting me know it was delivered. When I saw it was delivered it was several hours later. I check my front door nothing there, I check the mailroom where all packages typically go in my apartment still nothing. In the last two weeks, Amazon is now unusable due to Dynamex. I live in an apartment building with a gatehouse that is staff 24/7. I've never had any issues with packages being misdelivered in the 13 years I've lived here until now. One package they claim was delivered when it wasn't. When it was resent, it got lost and Amazon reimbursed me. A 2nd order from Amazon was lost and I was reimbursed. Now, a 3rd order the driver claims he attempted to deliver it and couldn't - a lie. I was home and there was nothing blocking a delivery person's access to our Gatehouse. All three of these deliveries were shipped via Dynamex. I will cancel my Amazon Prime membership and buy items elsewhere if they continue to use Dynamex. I've never had any issues with UPS. When I had issues with USPS, they never lied. read more

I ordered something from Amazon, it was important and hard to find (disinfectant wipes) and it was marked as delivered. It never came to my house. None of the neighbors accidentally received it. We were home all day- no gates or anything. I had to call Amazon and explain that my package never came. Is there a way to rate less than 1 star? My Amazon order was due Monday, and it's now Thursday afternoon and still no package and no movement since 1am Monday. While dealing with Amazon this morning to refund\re-order, the package mysteriously started moving again. I went to the TForce Dynamex website to try and track my package, but could only find that my package had (finally) been loaded for delivery, but no further information. I called their customer service number and was told that they couldn't track the delivery drivers to know where they were, but she could see that they had supposedly tried to deliver my package yesterday (they didn't) but couldn't because it was "too late" . I have been waiting for this 'overnight' package since Monday to fulfill an order for my home business so I can assure you that no attempt was made to deliver my package. If there is no way for anyone to track the delivery drivers, I guess the old saying is true: As long as there is no PENALTY for doing the job WRONG, there is no REASON to do the job RIGHT. It's a shame that with as much emphasis Amazon puts on their rating system for the products they sell they don't seem to look at the ratings of their delivery contractors. Like so many others have described; this company got my Amazon deliveries and the tracking showed one item arriving at their Warehouse on Sunday night at 11pm and the other item arriving at their Warehouse on Monday morning at 1am. Then NOTHING! No movement! The package was promised by Tuesday but Tuesday night rolls around and still no package and tracking shows it just sitting. Dynamex got it around 10 AM and updated the status to 'Delivered' at 11:30. I had been waiting by the front door with it open and NO ONE came to the door. After calling them they claimed that it had been delivered "right to the front door" and that it probably "blew away" in the wind. That has to be the worst excuse and biggest lie that I've ever heard. The package would have been heavy and in a box so there's no way it could have been blown off of my wrap-around porch. Absolute 0. I am typing this review while I am on hold with Amazon to complain. This company (telephone number 1-855-396-2639) is now called T-Force. I spoke with rep (I will call him "T") who said driver left the package at my door. I countered it wasn't left at my door. Thomas called the driver who said he delivered the package to my apartment on the second floor and left package by my door near a stairwell. Only thing, there are NO STAIRWELLS at my apartment complex. My apartment door is on the street level/ground floor. Someone is not right here. Now that I see all the terrible reviews, I know it's not me. After T hung up on me because I wanted to speak. My complaint through Amazon chat escalated and Amlazon called me!
