I needed the tinting removed from the rear windshield and replaced. I had done enough research to know that removing deteriorated tinting is a delicate process. I also got wax and an exterior detail. My car is gorgeous. I had to get a new battery today, and the shop owner could not believe how clean it was under the hood. I will definitely be returning to Clermont Auto Spa, as they have my highest recommendation.

At the start, the sales person told us with a one time car wash, we automatically get a month free. No mention of a subscription, having to cancel anything or even a receipt saying we would be charged again on a certain date. The team member looked at us oddly when we first refused the free month, and told us it was completely free and we should take the extra car washes. We agreed, he put a sticker on our car for the future washes and we went on our way. We stopped and got car washes a few times during the month, multiple times seeing issues with their scanners causing major back-ups or just having people go straight through with no charge. Today, my husband noted they charged our card for the monthly membership. We got no notice this would happen and were outraged to see an over $30 charge, especially when our 1 time car wash was $16. We immediately went to their website to chat with a useless AI chatbot who let us know it's non-refundable and shared a link to cancel the subscription we didn't even know we had. We filled out the form and on their own website a listed reason to cancel is "unaware of recharge" which clearly illustrates that they are trying to scam people out of their money by not disclosing they will be retaining your credit card number and charging it in the future. To add the cherry on top of this already horribly frustrating situation, completing the cancellation form doesn't mean you are cancelled. They say a team member will follow-up to cancel AFTER they review it. Seriously?!
