Choosing and paying for washes is usually simple, but the machines can be finicky if you pull your card too fast or slow. Not really a big deal since crew members are quick to help. On this particular visit lines were very long - almost to the street! - but it's lovebug season, so I chalked it up to that. Crew members were on the spot with directions to keep lines moving, but still friendly. I have Disney AP magnets on my car and the crew removed them carefully, and made sure I got them. How nice! Prices are very reasonable for what you get - I usually go with one of the express washes. Today I went up a level or two with a Lava Bath Express Wash, plus added Rain-x, since I hadn't been through in a while. A through wash and dry with double bond and carnauba wax, tri-foam polish, Wheel Brite, and a tireshine. Although I stuck with exterior wash only, my car still looked amazing when I was done. And no more lovebugs! I'll be back.

I had to go through the car wash twice in order to get the little bit of mud that was on my car off. Once you get done, all they have is vacuums, no amenities, such as interior sprays to clean the inside of your cars, like some car washes do. Now if I pay for a top dollar car wash, I expect to get a top dollar car wash. And that's just not what I got.

Mister Car Wash doesn't even have glass cleaner, Sud Stop Car Wash has glass cleaner, air hoses, towels, all of the equipment you need to really clean a car, inside and out and they are cheaper and yes, they got the love bugs off!!
