I really enjoy going to this carwash. Their hand pre-wash and hand dry services are amazing, and the cost is very competitive. However, my only suggestion would be to have more than one vacuum per side, as it can be difficult if the vacuum spot is already full. Overall, I like this place a lot. read more

Was driving on the highway when a bin flew off the trailer in front of me. A bunch of debris was scattered on the highway and this blue stuff got all over the front of my car. At first I thought it was paint. Once I pulled off the highway and took a closer look I realized it was some kind of PVC glue. Man was I pissed off. I went straight to Classic Carwash on West Colonial. I meet the manager Navorone who inspected the car and also agreed it looked like PVC glue. Surprising when I ran our finger nails on the car the glue was peeling off. Navorone suggested power washing the vehicle, he and his colleague Medina worked on my car and got all the blue glue off!!!!! I ran the car through the carwash and Navorone stopped a few areas that still had the blue glue. He was so thorough he took my car and power washed it a second time. I was relived and appreciative of there hard work and quick action, by the time they were done it looked like nothing ever happened. Thank you so much Navorone & Medina!!! 1st class service, 2 people doing a nice job with the pre-wash, in fact it's the best pre-wash I've had done on any of vehicles at any other car wash. 1 person at the end drying, he had to hustle but he did a good job. The self-service vacuum area is well stocked with clean small towels to wipe down your interior, wash inside of your widows and they provided glass cleaner. The vacuum had adequate power to get the job done. I only got the basic service and was impressed with the wash. read more

They literally take any small bits of garbage on the floor of your car (straws, plastic lids, receipts, napkins, etc.) and throw them on the ground for the wind to blow away. In the 20+ minutes I've been waiting (still waiting) for the basic car wash we paid for, I haven't seen a single person pick up any trash from the ground or the car and put it in a trash can. While the wait has been long, the main reason we won't be returning is because these people are trashing our city. We don't need businesses like this in our community. I've had a membership there for almost two years and decided to get a vehicle detailed to sell. A close family member had passed and her mobility van needed to be sold for her estate. I explained in detail what we needed and was given a price of $200. Upon picking up the vehicle was told that it would be $300 and they didn't even complete the exterior cleaning. There are few places currently doing inside and outside of the vehicle for washing. This place is doing both still at a reasonable price. I was impressed with the additional scrub before going into the car wash and then the cleaning on the inside. The staff was all very friendly and they did a great job. They even removed the floor mats to clean the carpet under the mats. It was not a full detail and yes they missed a few spots on the inside, but I'm not paying for a full detail and I was impressed with as much as they did clean and get my car back clean again. read more

Wow. I was very impressed. Thought this would be just another typical carwash. But these workers here actually go above and beyond. Let's start with picking out your package. You actually pull up to a machine and it introduces the different type of services they offer. Feel free to selection your option at anytime on the touchscreen system. Pay with credit card or cash. Moving on. Big sign that gives you step by step instructions (hands off wheel, car in neutral, etc) for those that have not been thru a carwash before. Enjoy the wash. We picked the $21 Works Wash. So when you come out they have on the left with all the vacuums to clean the inside. They do such a great job from beginning to end. Scrubbed my car sparkling clean. Love them!!! Don't Pay attention to detail this time I went over it instead of just excepting a sub par job ask the attendant and he said my carpet was thick which is not... Classic Car Wash lost a long time customer today!!! Just as I arrived to select my wash the system failed so I asked for an attendant. He said their system crashed. The attendant told me they would reboot and it would take 5 minutes. I waited. About 10 minutes i watched the screen reboot and looked normal again so I attempted again. It failed again so I notified a manager walking by and he snapped back at me in a rather rude voice " well it's not ready so don't touch it until I say so" and walked away before I could respond. I had many cars behind me so I was stuck. I waited longer. 25 minutes after I arrived the woman in the vehicle next to me who arrived after me beeped. The manager approached her and he gave her a free wash and let her in. So I figured he would come let me in and just walked away. 5 minutes later I beeped and came over. He said it would be even longer of a wait. I said I have waited over 25 minutes and he shrugged. I asked to be let out so he opened the gate but would not move the cones for me to leave. I had to get out of my vehicle move cones to leave. I left. Drove a little over a mile down the road and went to the car wash that I will use from now on. As I pulled up, I expected to experience just another quick service car wash, but man was I wrong! The line of traffic getting in should've been an indication. This location offers a variety of options, starting with a basic exterior wash all the way up to a full blown detail and wax. I opted for the $21 works wash which included the exterior, tires, windows and vacuum. The place was bumpin on a Sunday afternoon but man did those guys hustle!! In and out in 30 or less! Classic Carwash did a great job on my car. Their prices are very reasonable with a choice of express or full washes. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to listen to you if you have any specific requests. I really appreciated their patience and efficiency. At first I thought they would just run you through the machine and the wait would be quite some time, however the staff works quickly to get you through while also making sure your car is done properly. For a busy Saturday afternoon the line out to the street moved quite fast. They have quite a few options from $6 quick Wash up to full service the whole 9 yards. I was impressed with the service and you can pay with credit at the computer. There's two computer that helps the line. After the wash you are able to vacuum yourself or its part of the full service. Upon entering the car wash a couple fellas hit the front and back if your car with a sponge on the hard to get areas. This helps a ton! Overall great experience worth the money. read more

Had my truck fully detailed here a few yers ago and they did a pretty good job. Went back to have my car done and had a terrible experience with the work that was done. Here is a list of what I found in the days following the detailing. The descriptions are obviously brief. . Missing tab for floor mat. . Cleaning product in speaker. . Console cover and leather was cleaned with a detergent (not good) . Car was closed with wet carpet. . Carpet in trunk was saturated . Carpet in trunk was not installed correctly and multiple tabs missing. . Surfaces were excessively oily. For over $500 I expected a perfect detailing job. This was about a $200 value. read more

I was here on May 11th and yeah it was busy I understand but I feel like they definitely slacked off when it came to my car. He said oh how does it look and I said yeah good and then I got in and it looked awful...it doesn't look like they even cleaned it...the only good thing was the outside which is done by a machine. I always choose here over sweet water/mister because they hand dry the outside but I guess sweet water does a WAY better job on the interior..disappointed.. Exceptional service. I was able to speak with Navo right away due to it being super busy which was great. He was very apologetic and detailed the inside for me. I use to get my car washed here all the time. They changed the price from $27 to $40 for a full clean (interior and exterior). $40 dollars is high for it not being a hand wash. I can pay $10 more and get someone to come to my house or job. read more

Have been to this car wash over 50 times since moving to WG. I have also been to others and the prices have always matched well with service provided. They had many "full service" options, but I typically chose the $27. I also leave a tip with the staff even before I get into my car to inspect. Although I've always been happy because the car is generally clean, I've never been wow'd. I've left on multiple occasions with some grease or a easily cleanable spot on my dash (that i wiped off), but always told myself it wasn't a detail and if I wanted that detailed look, I needed to pay more. I'm not unrealistic! Fast forward to today: i pull up and an attendant is at the screen. She proceeds to start pressing for me and asks what I want. I tell her i don't know the name but I get the $27 one. She proceeds to tell me that they've changed their prices. I look and the cheapest one is $39. I asked if they included anything more and if she knew why the prices jumped like 50% more. She said it was a price increase. I politely told her that I didn't want to pay $39 plus tip for a basic wash that used to be like $24 and not be getting something more. I think if i got the wash I used to get it would be $46. I've even gotten the $37 wash before which was their most expensive and I can assure you, it is not worth what the price is now. Forgive me if I'm +\- on these prices but i know I'm somewhere in the ballpark. I was telling a neighbor and she told me she uses a mobile cleaner who offer complete detailing for $75. After research I've located several people who do this type of deal! There is even a new car wash opening up on hwy 50 and several others surrounding this location, one of which I chose to drive a little further down the road to pay the typical fees today. I would say with so much competition and even more coming as people have learned new skills or been creative and started new businesses in car detailing during COVID, it doesn't make much sense to jack the prices this high! A few $ is normal of course, but to go from $37 being one of the most expensive for regular washes (meaning not detailing services) to $39 being the least expensive, is absurd. I probably won't ever come back because it seems I can either do something similar at many locations for much cheaper or can get more for my money with some of the mobile services. If there is in fact more offered now with this extreme increase in pricing, then the staff needs to be educated and be able to share with people who are in shock arriving to the car wash since the change. It might have kept me there today. But if there's no change in service vs price, i would highly consider making one for the new prices or you might lose a lot of customers. read more

We've gone here several times in the last year. They do such a good job on the cars. I always pay extra to have my van swept out by them, and I am never disappointed. About a month ago, I took my van to get detailed - totally cleaned inside and out. I knew it was going to be expensive, and was going to be a huge undertaking, but I'm so glad I did. The van was cleaned too to bottom, the seats were scrubbed, the carpet was washed, and it smelled clean! I won't do this often because of the cost ($275 I believe was my final tally), but it's well worth it! read more
