I really appreciate being truthful and respectful to your customers . So when I dropped off my car I knew it had to be inspected further due to undercarriage damage and there was additional parts to be ordered. I know the shortage and timing isn't convenient to customers but at least they are truthful and give you updates. My car was done and it looks like new again ! Thanks Alex for all your help today ! I went to the dynamic elite collision center in hemet cal. Worst customer service , should have totaled it out but instead charged my insurance comp almost 8,000$ when the blue book was 10,500.00. Messed up my paint job, didn't even replace my skid plate and was told they didn't do it so I would have to get an attorney. Office is run by incompetent females who know nothing. I could go on and on but if you are smart do not take your car there , and also they drove all my gas out had almost a full tank. read more

I'm pretty understanding I know the work takes time but I expected at least to get updates and I didn't even get that! If you care about your car, don't do business here. Chris was the person that I was dealing with from the beginning. At 9 AM I drop my vehicle off to get a couple of scratches repaired. I told Chris I wanted to do a walk around to note any prior damage, scratches, dents , etc that had nothing to do with the repair, taking place to protect myself, and them from any false claims down the road. And of course, when picking up my vehicle, we would do that walk around again to compare to the first one. Chris expressed to me that he thought that was odd and didn't feel comfortable about that and I explain to him that he should want to do that. At 3:30 same day they called me to tell me to come pick up my vehicle because they felt uncomfortable working on my car due to the fact that I wanted to do a walk around prior to them taking my car in. That is completely and totally beyond comprehension that they would not want to work on my car because we did a walk around prior to them touching my car. I have my car in the shop one other time and that was the first thing that they did before they took my vehicle. If you decide to have these guys work on your vehicle, make sure they do a walk around with you before they take your car and if they don't want to do that, then don't leave your car there. Personally, I wouldn't let them touch any car I own. read more

I had an accident. My insurance paid for everything as it was the other persons fault. Shop received their money. They held on to the car for two months. Towards the end when they said all they needed was to balance my tires. When I called the next day as the said it was being sent out for the alignment, they told me the same thing as the day before. I told them is it actually going out as that's what I was told the day before. They let me know that for sure the car would be done the next day as it will go out to have the alignment completed. When I picked up the car after two months it looked fine. When I got home I opened the hood. The bar that holds the hood in place was not set back and was just loose. I called and asked if I could take it to their other shop near my home. They said no I would have to make an appointment to bring it in to fix correctly. So of course no customer service after having the car their for so long. Not even a yeah bring it in we did a garbage job so we will fix it, no accountability. It was already frustrating waiting and trying to figure out how to get to work without the car, now they wanted to take more time. So i just fixed what they broke. Later about a week or so I filled my windshield reservoir and it filled about half way then just poured out the rest. So when they removed those items and put the front bumper back on they did not connect the reservoir correctly either. I did send a complaint to my insurance company to not use this company as they have no integrity or customer service. They talk nice to you but they don't deliver good customer service or seem to care about their workmanship. read more

This place is amazing!! A few years ago I was in an accident and had my car repaired by a different shop. When they put my car back together again they didn't properly reattach the metal sheet under my vehicle that protects my engine. I had to take my car back to the dealership at one point to get it reattached properly about a year ago.... but apparently they didn't do such a great job either because as I was taking my first long road trip with my 4 month old son the metal sheet detached again and was dragging across the freeway making this terrifying screeching noise. I can't tell you guys how nervous I was from all of this when I showed up to Dynamic Elite, with my baby and far from anyone I knew. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and comforting, he gave me a quiet space in an office to change and feed my son while they checked my car out. He let me know that the metal part was pretty much done for and then came back a few minutes later to let me know he had the piece I needed at the shop and was going to put it on my car. At this point I'm so thankful but I'm also so stressed out just seeing dollar signs flashing in my mind. About 30 minutes later, this kind man came back, handed me the keys to my repaired vehicle, and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. I don't know about any of you guys, but I think the world needs more people like him. If I lived in the area I would use this shop every time. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for getting my son and I back on the road, in a safe vehicle, so that he could go meet his Great Grandmother for the first time. You guys will always be a part of that memory for me now. read more

By far the best body shop I have been to. Very profesional, charismatic & what I loved the most was that they take the time to hear out my concerns and questions & explain the process so smoothly. Worst service ever! I wouldn't even give it a star but there's nothing less UNFORTUNATELY! I typically would never write a review, good or bad, but I have no other choice. My car was sent here through the insurance and I was told by one of the representatives they were 100% customer satisfactory. However, they failed to mention it would take more than two months, several visits and still the job would not be completed. The first time my car was in the shop for a month because of insurance miscommunication or so I was told. When I went to pick up the car, thinking it be ready after a month they had left certain stains and not done correctly, they asked if they could keep it until closing time to "fix it", but i was told to call and to confirm the job had been completed. I did and was rudely asked how I could pay my deductible because the lady was in a hurry and had to leave immediately, well if the job would of been done she wouldn't of had to wait. As I pulled in and checked the car I could see they had not done anything to car but maybe rinse it. The man whom delivered the car then told me to take the car but to call monday morning and schedule an additional visit to take care of the "details". Well I did take the car for a second time (third chance) and what a mistake that was, the person who was taking "care" of my car not only didn't fix it but actually burned the paint. Again, I was told they "fix" it. I said I could no longer keep taking my car and having to rent a car because insurance would not cover it, and it was becoming a higher expense for me that they could not do their job correctly, they kindly offered to pay for a rental but only after the holidays. They scheduled it for January 5th. Arrangements were done December 22nd and I had to call to confirm on the 2nd because I hadn't received a call and it was near closing time.The gentleman said he would call me back with the details about rental, which never happened. When I showed up at enterprise they had no knowledge of such agreement, which only made me late to work an additional hour after I was told it would be ten minutes. When I showed up to drop off the car at Perris Elite I was rudely asked what were the "troubled" areas, well I shouldn't have to point out the obvious and if it was obvious to me who has little to no knowledge, it should be fairly easy to spot for the "experienced" . The car was there for four days and again the car was not ready, "one more day to fix it, we want a happy customer" what a joke not only was it not done correctly when I picked up the car but they left trash in the trunk which shouldn't of been opened and in the front passenger seat. The car's front passenger seat was not leveled correctly and when the complain was done over the phone about the door the gentlemen's response was "well YOU did not tell me" So please avoid the hassle, avoid the sorry excuses for a job not well done and take your car elsewhere. read more

Ellie and his team really let us down. Horrible customer service my car was promised to be completed in one week. It took them almost 2 weeks, not to mention that their detailed invoice says the job was done in 4 days. The car was dropped to A & G Collision Center free of electrical problems and returned with a few so we had to return it to them, and here we are waiting for our car. Of course, it is not their problem how we get to and from work. I would not recommend this shop unless you have a few extra cars in your garage as spare. read more

Defiantly would not recommend this place, took them about 2 and a half months for them to fix my car. I was constantly told excuse after excuse why they were taking a long time. I don't think there's any good explanation for a time frame that long its ridiculous. For the damages that were done it should have been a 1 month job and that's still a long time! Anyways I'm glad for yelp so other people can read up on your guys shop :). yelp should change the star rating an add negative ratings! Ps asked them to fill up my gas tank for the inconvenience of waiting so long and they couldn't even do that! read more

I want to inform anyone that is considering using Elite Collision to not think twice and say " HECK NO". First of all it was not by choice that my car was taken there, after I was involved in a rear end accident! It seems this collision center works with Insurance Company that they contract with and secure there part in obtaining or obligating people to get repair with them. My car was there for 2 months. Going between the insurance company that the driver had and mine, to see who would pick-up the bill. After all that I was told that I would have to pay $750 for muffler that was damaged, I was like why? Eli, I'm assuming is the owner said since my car was older, the defense insurance stated it was 75% my responsibility. I was like I DO NOT think so, my husband called also and not happy about the situation. So, then my insurance kicked in and payed for the repairs. When I was FINALLY called, after several calls to check on status. I was told by Eli, that my car would not be ready for another day because the center did not notice the fog lamp was damaged. I was like you had my car for2months, he said it was an oversight on his end. I know that he was upset because he did not get what he thought from my insurance company. So, when I finally picked up my car @ 4:30pm by direction of Eli. He told me he would not be there, but someone would go over warranty with me. When I get there, I was asked to pay cash. This was by Eli request, the receptionist said she would take my credit card. I waited around 10mins for my car. In which i was handed by keys and paperwork of what was done to my car. I WAS NEVER EXPLAINED what the warranty covered., by the individual that handed my keys. As I drove my car out, I noticed the driver seat was tilted and my transmission was stalling. I thought maybe, since my car was sitting there for 2 months it needed to be driven for a bit. I drove it for about 10mins and drove back, but the gate was closed to collision center. Now, my attorney called and informed by Eli, that my car was given to me in perfect condition. So, PLEASE DO NOT take your car or have your car worked on @ Elite Collision in Perris, CA! read more
