They give an 8 hour time frame for when they would arrive so that's 5 days someone had to be home from work. We can't get a couple hour window instead of all day). Then took almost another full week to get that one rescheduled. We lived without our refrigerator, just a few days short of a month. probably the most frustrating part is you cannot talk to a human when you call in only automated systems. if they were not part of an extended warranty program, we have on our appliances I would certainly have got a different service company.
