Dr. Uhl is a great listener & is able to ascertain what the problem is quickly. He felt up & down my spine and was able to determine where the tender spots were. I now know why so many athletes add Pilates into their workouts, it's tough, and so good for your body to stretch like that. I was treated with dry needling (first time, and I'm a believer!) and after the pain related to the needling itself (tolerable, more like DOMS) I was pain free!
