Basically, every bad review on here you need to read carefully. Why are they so angry? Because they got fired for being lazy and bad at their jobs. Then they take their anger on here passive aggressively. I have had the pleasure to meet the staff. The location is pretty easy to find. I have worked here for over 4 years. The boss has fun team bonding outings in order to get the staff to work better. We got to go to six flags (paid for) and annual bowling days! Unfortunately, most of the staff don't stay long because they spend too much time gossiping and eventually get fired. Medcross hires hard working people who need to work well as a team. Jessica is C.O.O of this company, and she gets the job done. Yes she is tough, consistent, organized, and demands excellence but in my opinion that's what a good company like Medcross needs. She weeds out the weak because Medcross does not tolerate incompetent people. FYI- Medcross has been around for 13 years. Must be doing something right!

The only person you're ever allowed to speak with is Jessica and she is very rude and lacks ANY people skills at all. If you are fortunate enough to get to talk to someone else they are usually sweet and want to help you however they have to run everything through their NATZI leader Jessica. They will promise to accomplish things and they do not do so. They will hold claims and not even notify you that they are holding claims without your permission and say that it's cause of Medicare just posted their new fee schedule...please that thing was posted in November don't act like it just came out. They aren't working your account like they say they are and Jessica will say everything looks good but then when you call her and ask questions because you have a lot of claims unpaid by a particular payer she gets in the "DEFENSIVE" and acts like its your fault, when really it's there's. They take for ever completing credentialing and you have to follow up like a hawk with them. They can't post stuff correctly, they have stuff under the wrong responsibility they adjust stuff off that shouldn't be adjusted off. You ask for copies of EOB and they can not provide them. They tell you not to take a specific insurance company but really you shouldn't be taking the advantage plans but they will say ALL arena is bad, but really it's just advantage plans that are not paying. They give horrible advice and they don't know what they are talking about. The level of professionalism is totally something that is lacking they refuse to get your reports to you by the contractual agreement dead line but Roy the Owner is calling you left and right wanting to know where his money is. If I was needing a medical billing company I would pass on the, they are a bunch of liars and make so many promises that they can not keep.
