One said they would have to cut drywall from floor to ceiling and we would have to patch it. Reuben quoted much better rates and he only cut what he needed to cut to install new panel. He cleaned up all his drywall mess and re labeled the new panel. He used the same panel everyone else quoted so he didn't use cheaper materials. He had power back on to the A/C in about 3 hrs then restored the rest of the house. We really appreciated his efforts with a new baby in the house and the house didn't get too uncomfortable. They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. If they didn't want the job, then they should have told me. I wouldn't have wasted 2 days off and I wouldn't have written this bad review.

All of it was completed professionally and I have no complaints a year later! I highly recommend Deltron for any electrical work. Here's the list of items that they completed: 1. Run new wire from indoor panel in garage through attic over to interior wall in garage for new outlet behind tv and second outlet for exercise machine. 2. Run new wire from indoor panel in garage through attic over to back bedroom for new outlets for computer equipment. 3. Install boxes and receptacles in wall at new circuit locations. 4. Install new 20amp breakers in indoor panel for each new circuit. 5. Remove existing old timer for water heater and install new digital timer and properly sleeve wire in flexible conduit. 6. Replace all outlets and switches throughout home and properly install gfci devices where required. 7. Install proper junction box in attic for exposed wires above master bath area. 8. Trace out wires and circuit for bedrooms that are currently on same breaker to find a solution for separating circuit. 9. Test all new electrical devices.
