They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. If they didn't want the job, then they should have told me. I wouldn't have wasted 2 days off and I wouldn't have written this bad review.

Michael and Chris came prepared with a 16' ladder for the fan. Long story short, after numerous tries to repair, the fan needed to be replaced. They left to do another job so I had time to get a new fan. They came back as promised and replaced the fan. It was tested several times before they left. The wiring for the guest room light switch needed to be installed. Michael knew what they needed to do right away and got it done. I did have an appt originally scheduled for last month and they had to call that morning to cancel as someone was sick. I understood, but I was unhappy as I was home that day. In the end, they did a great job for us. Happy to give them 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call them if I need any electrical work done. Thank you!

One said they would have to cut drywall from floor to ceiling and we would have to patch it. Reuben quoted much better rates and he only cut what he needed to cut to install new panel. He cleaned up all his drywall mess and re labeled the new panel. He used the same panel everyone else quoted so he didn't use cheaper materials. He had power back on to the A/C in about 3 hrs then restored the rest of the house. We really appreciated his efforts with a new baby in the house and the house didn't get too uncomfortable.
