Initially, I came back to this company due the great work they've done for me the past year, highly satisfied with the tinting. My first experience was at the Marlton location, quick and efficient work. This time around, I was coming to get another car tinted (just the 4 side windows) & I was told it was be 3-4hrs. I thought that duration was ridiculous and the parking lot was empty so I was confused why It would take so long. Anyway, the customer service rep Angelo told me it would take 3-4hrs and to wait in waiting room. I decided that's entirely too long to wait, just like anyone else would. I went to the front desk to tell them I was catching a Uber home & to call me when It was ready, I'd catch a ride back to pick up my car hours later like I was told. My uber comes to pick me up to take me 25 minutes home, once we got near my house they called me back and said that the car was finished that fast. I quickly told my Uber ride to take me back and sorry for inconveniencing her, she proceeded to tell me that she had just picked someone up from the same location that was told their car would take several hours to be done and they ended up calling in about 45 minutes saying that it was finished. Again, it seems to be a pattern of being inconsiderate and wasting peoples time and money. I spent $45 just to go for a ride and then turn around and come right back without any. Apologies for the inconvenience or reimbursement. I mentioned to Angelo, the front desk, customer service rep, in front of the manager as well, I was expecting 3 to 4 hours. That's why I paid for a ride to come and pick me up. Angelo says to me "yeah it's estimated 3-4hrs" , I said , "but, that was 45mins I just left here. Angelo responds, "when we're on it we're on it". I left because he clearly didn't see what the problem was or didn't choose to care, I thought it was pretty clear and common sense to recognize the inconvenience that you just caused someone. So yeah, very disappointed with the way that the situation wasn't handled and not addressed, very unfortunate because I like the companies actual work. read more

Drop off system is broken. They don't communicate with you, way overpriced & the manager and staff will talk shit about you. As they did with me while I was still on the phone. Much rather go elsewhere. The managers are clueless here. read more

I've taken 4 vehicles to Dynamic Tint and I have not been let down once. I really appreciate how Dynamic Tint takes pride in their work and how professional they are. My first time going to them I had an LED headlight kit installed on my old 98' Explorer. My next time going was when I had gotten a new car, 13' Optima and I got the windows tinted. The salesman made great recommendations when choosing the type of film. Unfortunately I went with the basic tint and paid the price of it feeling like 110 degrees in my car. Lol! Got my brother's car tinted as a birthday gift and I went up a tier in film type from what I got on my Optima. Fast forwarding, I got the best tint film they offer at Dynamic Tint and I am more than satisfied. I will most definitely be going back for the windshield, and possibly tail light tint. Dynamic is AWESOME. I've had years of experience with clear PPF wrap on multiple cars (done elsewhere), and change cars often. Live in Colorado, but was buying a new Acura in south NJ and before it was driven far, Dynamic was recommended to me. So worth it. Level of expertise I've yet to experience, multiple recommended packages to fit your needs, etc. and terrific pricing based on experience. Recommended the best tint to me, and wrapped my new cars front end, and even worked with my complicated travel routine to book the car in for the week and keep it safe, clean and protected inside until pick up. Last week, I sent a request for a quote and within a couple hours, received a response. I called and made the appointment for today (10/15/20). I had no idea what to expect when I got there because I have never had tint put on any of my vehicles in the past. The guy at the desk walked me through all their options and pricing. He never tried to sell me on anything, just stated facts of each option. Once I decided, he took me outside to show me some examples of different shades of tint. I went with what he had on his truck. He was very informative. I asked how long the wait would be and I was told 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Since I was waiting and not overly familiar with the area, he told me about a place I could walk to and get some lunch. After about an hour, I got back to the store and only had to wait a shot time long. Over all, my car was done in about 2 hours. I love this place! I walked in and was greeted by Ally who was very helpful and soo nice! Ally made sure I knew the differences in the different tints that they offered.(side note don't be cheap! Dynamic Tint was hired to put a clear coat on my vehicle back in February 2020 and at the time I made my appointment I was asked to provide a credit card to guarantee my appointment with a $250 deposit, which I did. When I arrived for my appointment we discussed the scope of work which included removing the old film so the final number would be contingent on time and labor. The estimate I was given was $895 for the clear coat and about $200 for the removal. This was all verbal. About a week later I was told that the car was finished and the final numbers came in at $270 for the removal which I considered reasonable. When I arrived I was very satisfied with the work and any concerns I had with the installation were noted that they would self correct and the work was guaranteed. I was generally impressed and satisfied and we went inside to settle up. When processing my final invoice I asked about my deposit and was told that was just credit card hold and was charged the full price of $1165 plus tax. I did not have the deposit credit card with me and used a different card as the deposit card was one that is generally used for business. All was fine until I got the credit bills and Covid as I was charged for full invoice plus the deposit. However, once Josh got involved any billing issues I had were rectified quickly. My only complaint is they did not have enough tint to finish my back window, so I had to take it back a different day. Had my brand new Camry tinted and it came back with multiple things wrong. There was a puncture on my driver side interior. My metal window trim outside was scratched. And the tint had scratches on the driver and passenger side. I tried to get in contact with the manager and he was "on vacation". Never received a call back. Will never use again. These guys were great. Jack helped me out in the last minute during the Christmas holidays. I brought my wife a gift certificate to get either tints or remote starter. The gift certificate was right what I needed since I was not sure what she would want better. Needless to say my wife still gave me the business for not doing either the tint or remote over the last few years but Jack and the boys had my back and they showed my wife what she wanted (Large selection of Tints and Remote starters.) Since 2013, Dynamic Tint has done 5 cars for me. They now carry top of the line Xpel tint. They just did my 17' Blue MKZ with Xpel XR. It was very close to the cost for the 3m ColorStable they carried before, but Xpel is a way better product. Looking forward to sunny days and not getting in to a sweatbox. Xpel XR blocks up to 85%+ of infared heat (XR Plus -98%) I had 3M color stable on my other cars and over the years still looked just as it did day 1. My cars are not garage kept either. They do a whole car Tint flawlessly in a few hours. I have always called atleast a day before to book an appointment and always can get me in with in a day or so. Best place for tint! My last three cars have been tinted by Dynamic and have never had a complaint. They offer a good price for a great, quality product and service. Their shop is roomy and has a very comfortable waiting area. The guys in the front are extremely helpful, friendly, and have a wide range of knowledge. If something is impossible or will look bad they will tell you beforehand. They won't do whatever work just to take your money. There's a reason so many people get tinted by Dynamic. 2016 BMW 435: I visited the Marlton location and as I walked in I was handled without GREAT customer service. The staff was able to help me with everything I needed and give me all the necessary info I needed to know about tints. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. I called to make an appointment and was told to come in at 4 PM on Thursday. I showed up at 4 PM on Thursday and she remembered talking to me but not booking my appointment. As I was reminding her about my phone call she told me she had just told someone else to come in because there was an opening (probably because she screwed up my appointment) and didn't even try to make it right with me. As I was standing outside telling my ride not to come get me, she somehow discovered my appointment was on Monday (I'm not buying that BS). She never said anything about Monday when I called. She never apologized for wasting my time or tried to see what she could do for me. If you're willing to be lied to and treated poorly, the tint job is pretty good (I had another car done there last year and I will never return) In parting she said, "Merry f'ing Christmas." There should be a ZERO star option. These guys are the worst. I used them before they moved for tint and badge removal. They promise flush edge tint. FAIL. The so called manager, who btw was a scrub they lured from Elite in Glassboro, pulls the car around. Tint not flush, tint scraps all over the interior, and the badges are still on the car. So he tells me he'll remove it. He proceeds to take what looked like an ice scraper and push on the badge til it pops off cold. In front of my wife and I he SCRATCHES the trunk. I say are you serious? And then he begins to pretend like what just happened didn't happen. I snap. He already has my money and I know if I stay I'm going to jail. We leave. read more

Day after I bought new certified car, I brought it to Dynamic Tint to get my windows tinted. They damaged my passenger-side door significantly. Some exterior damage but mostly they busted my door so its difficult opening my door and it makes a huge "crack" noise when you slightly open it. They denied all claims and my insurance is trying to investigate them now. NEVER AGAIN will I bring my car there. BEWARE! read more

Terrible customer service. I was told that it would take an hour and a half if I waited to get my windows tinted. It took almost 4 hours. After the first hour and a half, I asked when my car might be ready. I was told 20 minutes. Multiple people arrived after me but were served before me. I have never written a review on Yelp before but I was treated so poorly and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. It seemed like every employee had a nasty attitude and didn't want to be there. Rap music blasting and a ton of flies inside because all the doors were left open. Take your money somewhere else. OK. I got tints here in 2012. A Mercedes C300. To start: The tints are still absolutely perfect. (As of last week, I no longer drive that car) I called these guys on a Saturday. I live up in North Jersey so I was only in the area for that weekend. They told me they were too busy for me that day, but I explained to them that I would be leaving on Sunday, and that day was the only day they could get my business. They accommodated me into their busy schedule--a very respectable move. I am VERY happy with their work, even 3 years later, so I decided to find them to maybe tint my new car. I will be calling them to schedule the tints on my new Cadillac ATS Coupe for this weekend. I live over 100 miles away, but these guys deserve my business. These guys are great. They tinted my wife's 2011 Mercedes E350 last year and it still looks perfect. They did my Audi A6, again perfect job. I recommended them to friend who had them tint his 2012 Corvette and he was extremely happy with the way the car came out.
