He told me he would wash my van and wash my tires. I came home and the van look like it had never even seen water, the tires were so dirty it was almost embarrassing. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

I was missing paint on the hood of my vehicle a little smaller than the size of a dollar bill. We were contacted by management and advised that this was caused by a rock chip. I am guessing that this is the "rubber stamp" answer. I am sure that the pressure washer used a few feet from my vehicle had nothing to do with this incident. I will take them to small claims court. They will be represented by counsel. I will be there as a matter of principle. They have no problem charging upwards of $20 for a wash but will not take any responsibility for damage. Lubbock people do not deserve deceptive businesses practices when supporting local businesses. The good thing is there are plenty of reputable businesses that appreciate the business.
