Tonight (6/02) I had the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business…read more Prior to coming in, I went online (google) and on Facebook to check the hours which stated they closed at 10pm and offered cosmic bowing from 6-10. (Which apparently didn't exist on this particular Saturday night) I walked in at 8:07 with my group of 3 and was greeted by a rude employee stating that due to no one being there they were closing early at 9, so it may not be worth our time to stay. I thought this was weird due to the fact that there were close to 30 bowlers there. After the employee rushed us thru the check in process he joined his group of friends which made up about 15 of the 30 bowlers a couple lanes down. After finishing up around 9 I went to pay for our group. I noticed on the counter, and on the monitor next to our lane, there was an ad that stated "Cosmic Bowling! Saturday from 6-10pm. Rent a lane for only $30 for up to 6 Players for 2 hours!" He stated that our total was $45.xx. I questioned the price by explaining that there is an ad that says that groups can bowl for 2 hours for only $30. He replied by saying "well, you didn't stay the full 2 hours so I can't give you the deal!" And I should "take it up with the owner because she told me to close early." I explained that I would have gladly stayed for the full 2 hours but you decided to close early. This is an attempt for the owner to make it right. If you care about your business, honor your specials. I understand that running businesses are extremely challenging, but you cannot leave your business in the hands of someone who is extremely incapable of running it.

My fiancée, my friends and I went on Saturday night and we were amazed by the quality and cleanliness of the alley. Not all alleys are clean and well-kept. We paid $30 for one hour of bowling and it was worth it. Shoes were $2.50 a pair, and the house balls were solid. No issues with them. There was a slight mechanical error in the first part of our second game, but the staff fixed it and gave us time to finish out our second game. That shows they are kind and customer-service oriented. I had a follow-up concern as well (not a big deal) that the staff (Kim and others) were super-kind in trying to address. Even little things like that make this alley a perfect 300 when it comes to a good experience. I highly recommend!

He may have not been able to hear me but he never said so plus I had just completed a call with someone else standing in the exact same spot. But a phone call was enough for me to know it was a place to be avoided . PS Before posting this, I actually tried calling back just to be fair. But same result. This time I only got out "Do you have open bowling?" before being hung up on by a different guy. Third times the charm, right? Third call was answered by "Holiday Inn". The previous menu said press 4 for bowling. But I got sent to Holiday Inn. The 3rd operator was at least friendly. She said she couldn't hear me. As someone who graduated once before from a larger college, this campus is underwhelming in regards to amenities. It doesn't offer any on-campus restaurants, has a very small, unimpressive "rec center" and does not have a whole lot of activities going on. While it is a satellite campus, I have been to other satellite campuses and community colleges that offer much more for their students. With that aside, it's a decent school. The professors are more personable than at larger colleges and get to know you by name, as class sizes are much smaller. I have been a student here for prerequisites since Fall 2021 and have enjoyed my time here.
