I originally came in for a pink & white acrylic fill, but decided to have this set removed and replaced with a fresh set of Pink & White SNS. She did my whole set on 30 minutes and it was FLAWLESS! Id rather be turned away than be taken the last minute and get the results i got. If you are willing to take a customer, make sure they are happy. The lady that did my color dip did not understand that i cant have very long nails, and that the shape is uneven and doesn't look somewhat natural. There is a natural curve to my nail why the heck my extensions are curving the opposite way is a mystery to me. When the tips were applied there was a huge gap between my nail and the tip. Why? I don't know, but she was trying to argue with me that this is how it works. read more

I absolutely loved the staff at this salon. I showed up without an appointment this morning & they were super accommodating (even with my super tight schedule). The staff were all super helpful & friendly, as I don't get my nails done too often (I had no idea what polish to choose or whether to get gel or something else). My nails look & feel great! The deluxe pedicure was also worth every penny. As someone who is in the fitness industry I am on my feet 8-12 hours a day & my feet have not felt this relaxed in months. Went and got a pedicure here because my normal place was too busy. Not only do my nails look like they were painted by someone who's never held a brush before the lady also stabbed the corner of nail. I'm doing so now that entire side is swollen and keeps oozing some nasty liquid. Everyday after work my toe is covered in dried blood. Never going back read more

It was slow so it wasn't chaotic but the first thing I noticed was there wasn't many masks being worn which made me nervous. My nails were done perfectly (got dip on regular nails with a plain color) and he took his time which was great! But I feel as if they charged me more than what it should've actually been, only because I know someone that went here a week ago and got the exact same thing but French dip and paid less and we all know French is pricey. (?) the last thing that bothered me was I never got any cuticle oil like before and around my nails were a mess. But all in all I love my nails so I will still go back. I've been going there since last year and I had MiMi. She was good took her time and was patient when I wasn't sure of a color. My Daugther was graduating college and I took her there to get her nails done. I called and asked for MiMi for myself and was told she was on vacation. I booked anyways not thinking anything of it. They gave us a time we showed up and they were with other clients. They jumped around from client to client mantis, pedis and then back to us. They were annoyed when we didn't like the odors they wanted us to use and everything time we picked a color they never went over to look just said 'we don't have anymore.' We conceded and finally took the two color they shared at their station. While they were doing our nails another lady was upset because she's been sitting in the pedicure chair for awhile and she got up to leav, this is the only time anyone paid any attention to her. They all rallied around her to stop her from going, yelling, 'we can do pedicure now.' She said no, she was upset and the lady doing my daughters nails returned and finished. When I went to pay for the di- nails, it said on their sign and on the website a certain price ( $35 or $39 I believe) and when they asked the woman how much for my Daugther she quoted $10 more! I asked why and she said, "she's ne, never been here before." i sais, "what that makes no sense, it's right on your wall." She insisted and the lady rung it up that way and I told her I wasn't going to pay it, that if anything yoou should be more. I drill of trying to keep a new customer and turn them into a repeat customer, not try to run them off. The other lady finally relented and I paid the bill. I did leave a tip against my better judgement, it not what I normally would leave MiMi. Funny story...my nail tech told me MiMi moved a few weeks back to Arizona, so the owner lied to me to get me back into the business. I would have came anyways if she was truthful, but now I wouldn't and I would tell everyone else, if you want to lied to, taken advantage of, have no respect for your time, and never pay the same price twice, then this is your place. If you want a reputable establishment to get a great manicure without being charged for a hand massage or Turing of cuticles, then turn around and run, this is not the place for you! read more

Found this spot on yelp, read through almost all the reviews and looked at pictures posted from others. I AM SO GLAD I decided to make my appointment here. Hana did an outstanding job, finished quickly and was perfect in my eyes. Got the SNS pink and white and almost three weeks later it still looks great. Will DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone. I rarely get my nails done unless I have a special occasion to attend, but will definitely be back here when ever I decide to do my nails again. Not forgetting how friendly she was. read more

This salon is amazing! Wendy and Van run a clean, well, lit, efficient salon. I have been going here semi-regularly for several months and now am a regular customer for both manicures and pedicures. I would never go anywhere else. My nails always look amazing and the SNS manicure I get generally lasts 3 weeks or so. The Deluxe pedicure is life-altering, and I practically have to be pried out of the chair, I get so relaxed! Here visiting from Virginia, my husband and I came to get pedicures and the lady with the bob actually told us to come back. I've been to dozens of salons and NEVER been told to come back as if they didn't want to service us. Most salons tell you it will be a little bit of a wait they should NEVER TELL YOU TO "BE BACK". Tried this salon twice and both times weren't very good. Called ahead and was told to come at 11am. Showed up and they were packed with no techs available. Ended up waiting about 45 minutes, so no idea why I was told to come for my appointment time and then no one was available. Guess they just didn't want to be honest and lose a potential customer. I wanted to splurge and get the deluxe pedicure but was never asked by the tech so I ended up being given just the basic. Nothing special about either experience, techs weren't very friendly, and they just did an okay job on my nails. Won't be back again. read more

She really took her time and I definitely felt I got my money's worth. Then I had Hana do a design on my big toes it was just what I was wanting and it took her about 3 minutes. Firstly, I'd like you to know I do NOT write reviews and I'm not a penny pincher. I visited Dynasty nails May 15th and I asked for the regular pedicure ($22) and an SNS refill (also $22). My pedicure service is mediocre. I feel I can paint my nails better than this woman can. My SNS manicure is also mediocre. It's very thick and I asked for Oval nails and they are wide and square. I asked her to please round them more and the lady was very abrupt with me. The icing on the cake, my bill was $58.00 it should've been $44.00. I brought this to the woman's attention and she said the prices on the board were wrong and that is what I owed. I paid my bill and left. I'm NEVER going back to this establishment.
