I had them come clean our house before we moved in. There was no furniture no boxes or anything in the house. My dad met them there paid them and let them know he had to run an errand. He was gone about an hour and a half. I asked them to use our cleaning products also. When I got off work I went to the house they literally vacuumed and just wiped the counters they didn't use our products nothing was even open. I'm so annoyed that I got ripped off. Just had services completed. Agreed on 2 hours service which turned to 5 hours! I'm trying to be objective because the ladies did a great job in cleaning but took way too long to complete the work. I approved an hour extra and was penalized over $90 what I was supposed to pay. If the ladies felt the work would exceed the 2 hour allotment they should have contacted the supervisor and renegotiated the price instead I reluctantly paid the excess. Lesson learned --- if you go with them ensure you verify time and if they exceed it that you contact management. 2 stars = 1 for great cleaning and 1 for my stupidity for not doing my part in the advice just given...and John at least making an effort to discuss 10/14 response to reply of posting Ladies did a fantastic job indeed and absolutely did appreciate the accommodation for schedule but for the sake of the readers as I mentioned to you in our discussion I NEVER stated to them to stay beyond the authorized time. After we spoke I let the lead cleaner know I spoke with you that one more hour was ok and that was the extent of the conversation. So that's why when then we're still there (and again for clarification I was in and out and not always on site that I was as you state "oblivious" when I returned to find out the work was still going on (the term more accurately was surprised or stunned)...So I appreciate your version but I was there and there was an obvious communication problem. My fault again was I should have called you when I saw they were still there beyond our agreed time. Folks reading this - their service is great so the cleaning part of this is not going to be an issue. It's important though that you ensure you ask them when they show up that you verify they can complete the work in the estimated and QUOTED time by the management. If not ensure you contact management so there is no confusion else you run the risk of what happened to me. Don't make the assumption any portion beyond their allotted time is going to be at no charge. read more

Extremely disappointed for the hefty price of $225. One star because they did a good job on the oven and were accommodating for my same day service request- otherwise not worth it, I ended up bitterly finishing the cleaning myself. I had just finished driving cross country from Chicago to Vegas and was scheduled to move into my new unit the next day- lo and behold the unit had not been cleaned by the previous tenant. I made a few calls to see if I would be able to get same day service because I figured it would be easier to clean an empty apartment than after all my stuff was moved in- but everyone with decent reviews was booked. Dynasty was able to accommodate my same day request and their customer service who was very nice gave me a laundry list of things that were included in their "move-in" package for a whopping $225- beggars can't be choosers so I booked them trusting the previous reviews and for that price that I would be getting the most thorough cleaning of my life. The apartment was bone empty and did not have a lot of the areas included on their cleaning list- we did not have any light fixtures, ceiling fans, window treatments, carpet/rugs etc. so it was an easy job to just clean the kitchen, two bathrooms, tile floors throughout and a built in closet shelving unit. The first woman arrived on time at 10:30am but couldn't clean anything because the supplies were with the other two women who didn't arrive until just before noon... no problem, they still had a couple hours to clean before I was scheduled to start moving in, in which case I was only going to put things in the living room so they would be able to continue working in the other rooms if needed. I eventually had to leave the apartment to get the truck and start setting up to move into my building 2pm and in that time until 4pm I'm not sure what they did but three women certainly did not do a job worth $225. They only cleaned the top drawers in both bathroom vanities and left the other drawers still dirty with the previous tenants makeup residue and hair. How does a professional company only clean the top drawers? The second bathroom toilet still had urine splashes on the rim, the corners of the bedrooms were still dusty and had hair, and they completely missed wiping down the shelves in the closets which were dusty. What should have been a very simple job considering the apartment was empty and did not have several of the items included on their cleaning list, I was very disappointed with the time frame it took to accomplish the job and that my drawers, toilet, and shelves were not taken care of- this was more like a $100 job which is what I wished I paid. read more

He's so nice and I am super excited to have them clean my rental home! Mike also referred me to a few of his colleague to painting and carpet cleaning. I am very glad he referred a few people to me because i found someone who was able to clean carpets for me. So far, I am very satisfied with his professionalism. Had Dynasty Cleaning service our house today for 3 hours. There were last minute changes made with the time scheduled but nothing huge and Mike and An did communicate about it. I had two girls scheduled for 3 hours, they were supposed to arrive between 11-11:30 and they arrived just a few minutes after 11:30 and that was ok with me since I did speak to Mike and he confirmed they were on their way. The girls were courteous and pleasant. The one thing I did not realize until they were gone is that I never learned their names, they said "good afternoon we are here for cleaning services..." but I don't recall them saying their names. Also they were in uniform, they were wearing their company's shirt. We did a walk through the house and I showed them what I wanted the focus to be which was deep clean bathrooms, kitchen and all tile floors. After they were done with that vacuuming and light dusting. They split the jobs and they got right to work. One started in the kitchen and the other one started in the Master bathroom. Again I wish I would have gotten their names because this is the part where I will explain my 4 star rating vs 5. They both did great work, one of the girls however was definitely more thorough and extremely detailed with her work, it was the girl who started with the master bedroom (she was the one who knocked on the door when they arrived), her work was definitely 5 stars all the way! She also made sure to ask me to check and make sure everything was done the way I wanted it to be done so that she could fix anything that I wasn't satisfied with, my bathroom and bedroom look immaculate so no complains! My 4 star rating was for the other side of the house, the girl who started in the kitchen, she did good but could definitely have done better but maybe that was my fault for not checking everything she did, I think I was just so impressed with the girl who did my bedroom and bathroom that I assumed the other end of the house would look just as perfect. There were a few things I know if I would have seen before they left she would have fixed, I did catch that the oven was not cleaned, they were still outside loading their vehicle so I was able to ask them about it. I assumed that when I said focus on deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen it meant cleaning everything in the kitchen but they did say that I only asked them to clean the fridge, which they did. So stove top was cleaned, oven was not, but I get it I should have made it a point so they knew I needed that done as well, again my mistake for assuming that they'd know what I was talking about when I said deep cleaning the kitchen. There were a few dishes in the sink when they got here, those got done but I did notice that the blender was placed back when it wasnt cleaned, she could have assumed it was clean since it was rinsed out after use but not washed, the reason I knew it was not washed was because there were still dry chia seeds stuck in the inside of the blender and on the inside of the lid. And lastly on the floors, I was really hoping to see better results on my tile floors since I saw the pictures of their work and it just looks perfect but there were some spots that were missed in the kitchen that I did not notice until they were gone and again I should have done a walk through on that end of the house instead of assuming it would looked just as good as the girl who did my bedroom. I would have been 100% satisfied if my tile floors through out the whole house looked just as sparkly as my master bathroom floors and shower looked like since that was one of the main focuses I requested. I will try them out again and come update this review :) I paid the girls in cash (payment and tip). I did ask for a receipt, they said they don't carry receipts but that Mike sends one out when the customer requests one. They were here for exactly three hours, they left a few minutes after 2:30. Overall I was satisfied enough to were I will use them again and will referred them. It was my first time using them so now I know to make sure everything I need is understood and that I make sure I do a walk through before they leave just in case anything is not up to my liking because I think the few things that were missed would definitely have been taken care of while they were still here if I was not happy with it and had asked them to redo it. read more

I recently bought a 2400 sq ft home that needed some major cleaning once the seller moved out. I was in a bit of a time crunch so I started calling around to see who could come out with very little notice and at a reasonable price. I called 5 different places and the only business that actually answered the phone was Dynasty cleaning services. I spoke with the owner Mike and described my time issue. He immediately went to work rearranging their schedule to accommodate me for which I was very grateful. Two very polite ladies showed up and proceeded to clean the house from top to bottom for 5 hours. Mike himself even went by to make sure everything was on track. In addition to an excellent cleaning job Mike also set me up with a great carpet cleaning company and arranged for them to come out to do the carpets as soon as the house cleaning was completed. I was very satisfied with the work and pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get a hold of mike via phone throughout the process with any questions.
