I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly within days of the quote. He came out and looked over the driveway. I also had red spray paint on my driveway that he noticed as well and told me that could come up very easily. I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue. This raises concerns about how the company manages customer needs--especially in situations where gated communities require visitor names for entry. The cleaning quality has also deteriorated. On several occasions, cleaners left visible dirty spots on the carpet and did not address them. At one point, I was contacted by a booking representative who incorrectly accused me of leaving a negative review simply because another customer posted a photo of similar carpet stains. The pricing remains affordable, and the complimentary monthly yard cleaning is a nice benefit. However, the lack of communication about scheduling makes it difficult to rely on. I have had to leave my backyard gate open for three days at one point because I was not informed of the visit time. On another occasion, after again requesting advance notice, I received none; I was later told the yard worker arrived, waited at the closed gate for an hour, and then left. Overall, while the service was strong a year ago, both the cleaning quality and the communication have declined. When I discontinued my bookings, the company made no effort to retain me as a customer--not even a follow-up message. There were two pairs of maids who consistently did an excellent job, and I was very satisfied with their work. I truly appreciate their efforts and wish them all the best.

She cleaned my blinds and windows. She used her vacuum to remove the dust from my couch. She also removed the dust from lots of objects around the house, such as vacuum cleaners, travel bags, lamps, etc. Living in a dust-free house is priceless, and Alex's cleaning services represent a tremendous value.
