They recommended a dishwasher in my budget and were very honest about some of the more expensive brands that are as good as a cheaper brand. One of the guys there was an absolute dishwasher nerd. He knew about the history of one of the factories in Turkey. So not only did I get a lesson on how dishwashers worked, I also got a history lesson. They delivered the dishwasher the same day I paid for it and it's been fantastic ever since we got it. Cleans much better than our old one. I will definitely bringing all of my large appliance business to them. To all other business owners, do yourselves a favor and visit these guys, you could learn alot on what customer service should look like.

He determined what our space was and showed us only what he knew would fit. He knew the dimensions of the fridges without needing to check a manual, and easily and quickly listed the pros and cons of the appliances we looked at. He found us a heavily discounted fridge ( some very minor dents) which was exactly the same as the one we liked on the floor. He found the history of why the fridge had been returned and printed us up a complete manual. He is a salesperson any company would be very fortunate to have in its employ The checkout process was handled smoothly by Kadence despite the computer system being down. She apologized for the delay and thanked us for our patience

Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Communication - Trail Appliances (Langley/Aldergrove Location)…read more I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and communication I received from Trail Appliances in Langley/Aldergrove following the purchase of several major appliances, including a refrigerator, oven range, dishwasher, and microwave with fan. The issues began immediately after we paid for the order. First, the store had our delivery address recorded incorrectly, which caused confusion and delays. More frustratingly, we were not informed that the oven range would not be delivered with the rest of our appliances. As a result, we were left without a stove for two weeks. Attempts to get in touch with our salesperson were unsuccessful--our calls were not returned. When I tried to speak with a manager, I was told one would return my call, but that never happened. On a subsequent attempt, I was told no managers were available. Only after I expressed serious dissatisfaction did someone make a manager available to speak with me. After several back-and-forth discussions with the manager, Roger, we were offered a mere $75 in compensation for all the inconvenience we experienced. Given the lack of communication, the delayed delivery, and the repeated address errors, this offer felt inadequate. Even after confirming the new delivery date for our oven, the company again had the wrong address on file. I had to call once more to correct this--despite having previously reported the issue. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Trail Appliances' customer service and lack of accountability. I will not shop there again and cannot recommend them to others.

There are many of them just hanging out that know NOTHING about ANYTHING in the store. So, I ordered a part online because I cant stand dealing with their incompetence in store. The part was late, so I called the store to find out why it wasnt in yet. The phone rang 148 times before someone answered - this was on a weekday morning. When they answered you could hear people laughing and talking amongst themselves?! Do they just hang out and ignore customer calls? Anyways, they could not give me a reason why the part was not in, so I cancelled the order. Went onto AMAZON and ordered the exact part for almost half the price and it was delivered to my door the following day - FREE. OMG - I will never purchase anything from Home Depot that I can get from Amazon going forward.

Serving spoons don't fit in either the tray above, or the silverware organizer on the base tray. But most annoyingly, it doesn't wash dishes. We've tried every setting, different soaps etc. Called Bowest and was told all purchases are final sale. They suggested we call Frigidair who told me they can service the unit, but will not return it, citing that the service fee for a technician can be paid by credit card if they deem it not covered by the manufactures warranty. I was offered the opportunity to purchase accessories for the dishwasher at the end of my call. Needless to say, we've found another supplier, for our new KitchenAid appliances.

We purchased a new washing unit through Bowest in Bowness on Oct 22/25. At that time we indicated…read morethe washing machine was part of a stackable unit with the existing dryer on top. we were even measuring the top of the washing machine purchased to ensure the replacement would accommodate our existing dryer. We paid extra for delivery and removing the old unit which was to occur today. while the new machine did arrive today, we were informed the new washer would not accomodate the dryer on top without a converter kit. as our existing appliances are approx. 14 yrs old, a converter kit or suitable replacement for washer with existing dryer is not available through Bowest. our sales agent advises we did not advise the washer was part of a stackable unit denying any knowledge of our advices and measuring. we today cancelled our order but advised we would have to pay for today's delivery even though the mistake was made by Bowest. The new unit was returned and Bowest has taken no responsibility for the error.

If for some reason you decide to use this company then the good ones that work there are Paul (floor manager), Martin(team lead for manufacturing), Dustin (service tech), and carrie (Head of HR). litterally everybody else has their heads so far up their butt they end up talking with it and spraying crap all over your face. Screw this company.
