So well in fact I thought I had found my window company. The Salesmanger up sold my wife and I on the Okna 900 Series Window. (Only problem was Okna said later they discontinued the 900 Series in 2019???) He then began pressuring us to give him the order right now. When I asked for a written quote. He flatly refused to do a written quote!!! What was he trying to do?

He was fantastic! He was real, upfront, honest, and overall a genuine person. This is my first time ever doing major housework so I was very nervous but I felt like I could trust him so he does his job well. We were informed right from the get-go that it would not be the cheapest for a roof, but it would also not be the most expensive. He brought in samples of the tiles, showed us the nails that they would use, and thoroughly explain the whole process to us so I felt like I understood what was happening. They showed up on the day of ready to go and it took about 8 hours. I got home from work and the new shingles on the front roof looked amazing. I reached out to the gentleman heading the project and he sent me the pictures of our roof which was fantastic. What stood out to me was this is the first time I've seen any kind of construction being done on a house in years that I haven't gotten a flat tire from a nail in the road. They have a policy that for each nail you find, you can mail it in and they will give you a check back. For better or worse I did not find any nails anywhere which is nice because I didn't want to have to patch another hole in the tire. Based on the average cost for hours square footage, they came in right around the ballpark of where I expected if it was on the high end of the spectrum. They were professional, they were friendly, I feel like they did a great job, and they were honest. Could not recommend this company more and if we have any work done on our house in the future, I will certainly be reaching back out to them.

Great Cabinets & Great Customer Service!…read more Purchased these cabinets in 2020 for our Master Bathroom after 5+ years they still look & function like new. We lost a shelf holder peg & contacted customer service. They quickly shipped out a replacement along with a few spares. We are very happy with this purchase.

Can there possibly be a worse customer service than what's offered at St. Martin's? If there is, I…read morehope I never have to experience it! We ordered St. Martin cabinets for a kitchen remodel - nothing but problems and lack of communication/support. After the cabinets arrived, we discovered that one piece that was part of our island was missing - this caused a halt to our project until the missing cabinet made it to our house. This was totally St. Martin's fault, so how long did it take to get a replacement? One day? Two? Four? It took nine days for us to receive the cabinet, which caused a big delay for the project completion. A number of the drawers and drawer faces were damaged and needed to be replaced. At least three of the replacements we received were damaged and had to be reordered! We are still waiting for an end cap to be sent - this item has been ordered for at least 12 weeks but NOBODY at St. Martin's will give any info on where the bleep the part is. Not sure if they just don't care or if they are incompetent boobs. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say they are 50% incompetent and 50% boobs. I would NOT buy cabinets from these cretins ever again - the absolute WORST customer support anywhere. I'm counting third world country customer support departments as well! We regret buying cabinets from St. Martin Cabinetry and will spread the word that it is best to avoid them like the plague. Remember, forewarned is forearmed!

Everything went downhill after that! Our last backordered piece arrived yesterday, 8 months from when the builder paid 50% down. The customer service and management was so lacking and we had to initiate 75% of the communication, including a demand or we take action to get the $2,000 deposit returned that they accidently forgot to credit us. We ended up providing our own installers due to the timing of everything in attempt to stay on schedule. Jemson told the builder he had to pay the 2nd half closer to when we wanted delivery. Once they had 100% payment, we started to learn of all the delays. We did not feel the urgency to get things sooner-especially with the backordered things. Our last piece had the delivery date changed 3 times, each time saying it would be a month longer. We feel someone dropped the ball in ordering. Jemson did not reach out to us to see if we got these last two pieces and if everything was complete and satisfactory, closing our order. Fabuwood's semi-custom kitchen is beautiful but it should not have taken 8 months to complete! "Thank you for your patience." was the only platitude we heard from Jemson in response to our frustration and the wait. I would NOT recommend working with Jemson if you are hoping to have an experience without frustration, stress and being treated fairly and with dignity as a paying customer.
