Shay, the cleaner, was prompt and provided an excellent service. The house is indeed very clean and I appreciate the hard work! At the time, I was hesitant to make a change, but I quickly realized that resolving the ongoing issues with this company was simply not going to happen. From the beginning, I made multiple attempts to communicate the specific problems we were experiencing with their cleaning services. Instead of addressing these concerns, I was met with extreme pushback and denial, despite clear evidence of the issues. I even sent photos highlighting some of the problems--only for them to respond with eight photos of empty trash cans, which had nothing to do with the concerns I had raised. At a quick glance, the office might appear clean, but when you work in the space daily, you start noticing the layers of dust and dirt accumulating over time. Simple tasks, like wiping down tables and dusting, were consistently ignored. It was both frustrating and disappointing to see such basic cleaning tasks neglected. After my third email, an account manager finally came in--only to take a condescending approach. Rather than acknowledging or addressing the legitimate concerns, they took photos and suggested that they were already handling the exact issues I had brought up. It became clear to me that they weren't interested in improving their service; they were more focused on deflecting accountability. At that point, I made the decision to start searching for a replacement--something I genuinely didn't want to do. I had hoped to resolve the issues and move forward, but their unwillingness to take responsibility left me no choice. The fact that I had to personally clean just to keep my coworkers happy was unacceptable. In the end, there was absolutely no added value in keeping this cleaning company--aside from the fact that they took out the trash. I wrote this review the last day they were coming in to do service but decided not to post until after the final run. They didn't empty my trash can at work I guess as a final F-you to me for replacing them. Pretty sad when I was told to just get rid of them once I had someone else but trying to maintain the integrity of the contract, I let them remain. I would suggest if you are looking for any type of help in the cleaning department to steer clear of Citywide because they only care about the money not the quality of work.
