She provided a quote based on that info (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms), and I approved it quickly since we had just spoken. My fault for not catching the limited scope. I had agreed to pay by the hour, so I'm not sure why they were so inflexible about cleaning the entire space. When the cleaners arrived, they told me they were only cleaning the main level and not the upstairs. I called to resolve the issue and requested they clean the full area, but instead I was told I wasn't a "good fit," and the cleaners were pulled from the job. I was also falsely accused of yelling, though I was speaking in a normal tone. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience -- I do not recommend this service.
