They have multiple treatment rooms, a multi sensory room and and large gym. The therapists work hard to get to really know your child and target their needs and strengths. Communication between staff and family is great and they are open to discussing different treatment options and goals. They are also willing to work with the school and IEP teams. My son does SP, OT, and ABA there and we couldn't be more happy with his progress do far.

We were unsatisfied with the preschool program that he…read morewas in so we looked around to see if there was a place that would offer ABA therapy and be full-time as his preschool was part-time and often didn't have class due to administrative days and what not which was really frustrating. There aren't that many ABA centers that provide full day services and when I visited some of them they looked so cold and clinical. When I visited Ally I got a better, more personalized feeling since it was more open and you would see kids playing. They have great communication and I can always speak to the BCBA when I need to and the teachers are great. Additionally, when most preschools/day care centers were closed early on and often stayed closed in the pandemic, they were only briefly closed and were able to go back to providing in-home services which was great since as we all know that the pandemic has had a negative impact on kids with ASD due to lack of available/in person services. They have also been taking precautions during the Pandemic which is great. Although my son got off to a rocky start due to the new environment and change in schedule (to be expected with a kid with ASD), with each day we saw improvement. Over the past two years he has been at the center, he has become a more social, active, talkative little boy. We were sad to leave this past fall because we had such a great experience, but he has been thriving in kindergarten due to the foundation that was built at Ally. All in all this is a great place and if you're looking for quality ABA center, Ally Behavior Centers is the way to go.

In fact, I have to give it five black holes as they not only don't provide healthcare, but through negligence or sheer incompetence suck well-being out of the universe. They are bad practice collapse so densely that any sort of well-being is destroyed. All I needed was a simple prescription refill. Something, even with psychiatric meds, is so simple a chimpanzee could be trained to do it. All the guy at the desk just had to get the message to my doctor, get them to sign off on it, then send it in. He told me it was done, so I left. A few days later when I was out of meds, I called the pharmacy. They didn't do that. So I said: 'Fine, make a telehealth appointment with the specialist'. They made an IN PERSON appointment without telling me. Then when I called to correct this... they simply did not pick up their phones until after my appointment would have been over. I am still without meds. Meds that even once the doctor sends it to the Pharmacy won't be sent to them for another 24-48 hours. Now, I will probably have to go more than a week without them. On another recent case, I needed a referral for an ENT for a really serious issue. They refused to give it to me until I made an appointment. Not an appointment to get the referral... and appointment to make the appointment. I wound up going to the ER who somehow didn't find the problem... even when a week later my audiologist found I had a chunk of wax the size of a goldfish cracker, with long fiber 'fishing lines attached' inside. Even a bloated flatulent corpse would be capable of giving proper healthcare more accurately than anyone who ever has or ever work at CCI. Jack Kevorkian would look at their patient mortality rates and go 'whoa... don't ya think you're killing too many people there, buddy?' Unless you have literally don't have any other choice and I mean literal life or death... I would consider literally anyone other than CCI. Even then... depending on how you'd die... it might be preferable to whatever they'd do.

As a first-time mom, I'm typically full of worry when my child is away from me, given her situation. For starters...turnover is EXTREMELY high. This should always raise red flags whether you patron a…read morebusiness or you're looking to work for one. Ally Behavior Centers is filled with good people that have good intentions but they fail by design. They are not equipped to service the number of kids they do and unfortunately despite being short-staffed will continue to add clients. This is clearly about money and unfortunately since ABA is a high-need field this is likely to not change. Employees are overworked, underpaid and denied their PTO even when sick. They're also forced to work in extremely uncomfortable conditions. AC in the clinic might be broken, yet business runs as usual. It should not be 80 degrees inside an establishment where kids are. Why not close for a day or two to have it fixed? Mind you, this was during the peak of summer. This "clinic" has its staff clean the center daily. Not to mention you have about 5 minutes to do so because even if you stay past 5:15pm, management will adjust your timesheet and you will NOT get any overtime. They do have cleaning staff as well but makes you wonder how effective anything is disinfected when a majority of it is left to its employees. In a 6 month period, watched at least 10 people leave. This should NOT be normalized. The company does not do any sensitivity/cultural awareness training which is a huge missed opportunity ESPECIALLY working in "health care". It is hard to call this a clinic for the lack of PPE, lack of safety measures/protocols. For example: management staff inconsistently takes kids' temperatures which of course leads to inaccurate temperature readings. PLEASE train staff on WHERE temperatures should be taken depending on the instrument used and how old the child is. Lastly, communication is key, no matter how uncomfortable. Parents and caregivers deserve to know the truth. AC broken? Tell them. Overstaffed? Carefully let them know. The kids deserve 1:1 therapy as promised to them and they also deserve to have techs with them that are familiar to their protocol and not sick, anxious and/or overwhelmed. The place has potential to be great and hope they find a way to adjust soon so they can maintain a positive reputation. If you ask around, you're likely to get mixed reviews. I hope some parents have been pleased with the services offer here but please know there's a lot happening beneath the surface. Hope this helps.
