There were stains that I had been told wouldn't come out but somehow Lucas Homes made our carpet look beautiful. No, it doesn't look new but the carpet is about 20 years old at least. It is 100% better than what it used to look like. I asked them to clean the wrap around sofa and chairs in our common area of the house. They do look like new! The sofa is over 4 years old and the chairs are much older but they look brand new now. Then they cleaned up everything and double checked to make sure we were happy. I tipped them $75 to show my appreciation! A veteran owned small business doing things the right way. I hope everyone gives them a chance to show how good they do their job..

They showed up on time, were very detailed in their work, made sure the leveling and spacing was perfect, and were in constant contact with us, making sure any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. One of my favorite parts of their work is when they showed us an issue with leveling or spacing and then fixed it without us having to say a word. They also left the house in a much better condition than I was expecting with some cleaning (everything was covered in tile dust after they removed the old tile). Overall, it was just a wonderful job. I'm relieved we had such a great experience with tile installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Overall, it's a great company that communicate with us, clean up after themselves, and getting it done right throughout the whole process! To directly address their continued claim they were misled and a rogue employee performed the install, we have on camera Ricardo Naldi (the registered owner) coming to my home to bid the job, and then himself and three other employees on the following days coming in RNALDI branded T-shirts and in an RNALDI labeled vehicle to perform the install. No one was misled; RNALDI had every opportunity to inspect the site and perform an assessment of the materials to be installed. They sold us the glue and the vapor barrier as evidence by the checks they endorsed and cashed. The result of the work speaks for itself. We relied on their alleged expertise and professionalism, as well as their assurance that their work was insured. I am not sure why either Ulysses or Ricardo continue to state here misleading information or deny responsibility for the work they themselves performed. We will now pursue other options in order to remedy this situation.

We decided to look fo a different carpet cleaner and found APEX CARPET CLEANING on Angi's. Hired APEX. APIX was wonderful. They called as promised before arriving at the arranged time. Chris arrived precisely on time. Reviewed the rooms and issues to be addressed and proceded to do the cleaning. We were not sure he could get all areas cleaned. After completion carpets were like new. Unlike the other cleaners. Cost was more, but worth it. Chris was also very personable and professional. did a wonderful job. When we need carpet cleaning again we'll be calling APEX. We strongly recommend APEX and are happy we had hired them to do our carpets.
