I was a bit hesitant because I wasn't sure that would give me the results I was looking for, but WOW it was exactly what was needed. The sound system sounds amazing now. Very clear highs, great lows at any volume. I am only using the subwoofer to about 1/8th of it's ability and it's amazing. The woofer is completely hidden under the cover in the boot of the vehicle, so it doesn't even change the look of the car.

They wired red and a ground and that's it. They returned 80% of the installation wiring leaving the job 80% undone. Most of the functions of my installation were never completed or even attempted. They do not have skill set to do much more than change a light bulb if even that. They have made no attempt to rectify the joke of an installation or refund my money. They give mom and pop shops a bad name; STEER CLEAR! A 5 year old could do a better job! In response to your lame response, NO!!! The backlight function that should work when the car is on, using low or high beams was not installed or functioning. Not really sure what the installer has 25 years of experience in but certainly not what the job requires. Since your joke of attempt to perform the required services I've received consultation and quotes from reputable installers, they are surprised you're still in business. Wanting to modernize my car, I purchased a larger aftermarket screen with CarPlay. In an effort to save money, I had the screen installed by a friend. The screen itself looked great, but there was no sound. What we didn't realize at the time was that Mercedes vehicles automatically activate an anti-theft security feature that locks the radio when an aftermarket unit is installed. Over the course of almost two months, I tried to find a solution. I called multiple repair shops and mechanics, explaining the situation, only to be told repeatedly that they would not touch a Mercedes once the anti-theft system had been triggered--especially with an aftermarket screen. I even took my car to the Mercedes dealership, assuming this would be the most straightforward solution. Instead, I was told it could become very expensive and that there were no guarantees the issue could be resolved. By this point, I was incredibly frustrated and close to giving up. As someone who loves music, driving without sound for that long was surprisingly upsetting. That's when I finally called Audio Car LLC and spoke with Paul. Even though he was fully booked, I scheduled an appointment, holding on to a bit of hope. The moment Paul turned on my car, he immediately knew what the problem was. That alone was incredibly reassuring after weeks of uncertainty and conflicting information. To my absolute joy, Paul called me the very same day to let me know my car was ready--and fully working. The sound was restored, the CarPlay functions beautifully, and the new screen works exactly as it should. After almost two months of frustration, the relief I felt was enormous. As someone who loves music, having music in my car again means everything to me. Paul's knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills are exceptional. This was clearly not a simple or routine fix. It wasn't inexpensive, but the outcome and the level of expertise made it well worth it. What mattered most to me was that the job was done correctly by someone who truly understands automotive audio systems--especially when it comes to Mercedes vehicles. I was referred to them and was willing to pay more to have my stereo installed to include lane watch. At the end of the day I called to get an eta and was told they couldn't install it unless I bought a 440.00 part, which is almost double compared to every other place on line. They did take off 50.00 the bill but still... I spent a lot of money and the work wasn't completed and was extremely expensive so I have a dash cam that doesn't connect, a lane watch that isn't installed and a really high credit card bill! Update: response! I'm still paying on my "old" stereo, I bought it the END OF JULY 2025. It was installed in my OLD car then, you are correct, the lane watch didn't work in the old car, but when I came to you guys I explained everything. I was told, no problem. I'm not looking for anything for free, that just unfair to say. My car was there from 10:30am, it wasn't until I called after 3:00 I was told I'd need an additional part to make the lane watch work, 440.00 more. I did my homework, to add that part it's under 200.00 at every place that sells them. "HDCC-02 Honda LaneWatch camera retention interface $139.99. Oh, I still owe about $600.00 on my pioneer stereo that was purchased in July this year but you expect me to buy an Apline for 440.00? I miss understood, I thought that was for the cost of the part to make the lane watch work. So that wouldn't have worked since I have the stereo I want and am still paying on. I figured I'd have to pay for an extra kit but not more than double, and at this point, why would I think it could be done right? I was willing to pay more to get what I wanted. Also, they did install the dash cam, both front and back, hid the wires good but they couldn't get them connect. I paid for your service twice as much as at Best Buy expecting to get what I paid for. And NO, I didn't miss 2 calls from you, I missed one. I shared a fair and honest review, apparently that upset you. And no, I'm not asking or expecting a refund, if I was I'd talk directly to you. I was just expecting to get what I paid for since I was told they could get the dash cam to work, it doesn't turn on at start up, which it did before, and the back is not connected to the front, meaning it's not functioning and is brand new, never installed.
