And they finished the job early, so I saved some money on the car rental. Also, they're a Liberty Mutual preferred shop so getting the work approved and started was ridiculously fast. It also enabled us to have the rental car delivered right to the shop when we dropped my car off for repairs and to leave the rental car on site when the work on my car was completed. They were professional every step of the way and made a pretty awful situation much easier. Although I hope never to have another accident, if I do this will definitely be the shop I use.

Instead of taking responsibility, they denied causing the damage even though the pre‑tow photos showed the truck was perfectly fine. We later obtained video evidence that clearly shows the tow driver damaging the vehicle during the tow. Even with proof, the company refused to acknowledge what happened. This is an extremely unprofessional and dishonest operation. If you value your property, avoid this company at all costs.

A half hour later i called again as i hadn't heard anything and knew they closed a half hour later. Again an unprofesional phone answering followed by my inquiring about the status of the parts i need. Again I was told i will get a call. No call came. Here i am the day after patiently waiting for this supposed call im supose to get. So, after waiting half the day i call yet again. The man who answered the phone at least identified i had called SAR'S and was over all very pleasant. The man in the background, however was vulgar and rude. He yelled to the guy i was speaking to that he didnt care how close i was and didnt care that i called yesrerday for the part or what i was told yesterday, that he was leaving and closing up shop and to just hang up on me. All said with much more colorful language. When i asked if i could speak with him, the man yelled more of what he had already said only more colorfully and insisted the man i was on the phone with hang up. I asked the one on the phone if HE could sell me the part. His reply was no and that it was only the man that could. While i was talking to him the other man in the background continued to scream and become more agitated. After my exchange, the line went dead. I recommend that all people avoid this place if at all possible. I fear that if this is how they are comfortable treating their customers, their buisness practices i'm sure are the same and will result in buyer's remorse and a myriad of other unfortunate transactions.
