He intentionally sped up and cut over in front of me while his trailer was alongside my car. I had an option of keeping him drag his truck along my car or hitting a curb to avoid the collision. I chose the curb. He was quite jolly about it when I called him out on it ( I did no name-calling, no berating. ) He said if I ever was trying to merge again that he would run me off the road again.
