Jake and Stefanie are super kind and very good at what they do. They also seem to have a genuine interest in helping people. I feel lucky to have them in this area, and I don't know what I would have done without them. After the huge snowstorm, I got my car stuck on my property. I called them, and they came that same night which was way more than I expected. Jake has an amazing and impressive truck, and he very competently and professionally got my car out of a tough spot, taking care of it as if it were his own. He had to push through a lot of snow just to reach my car, and he did everything pleasantly and at a most fair price. We got stuck in the mud on Route 209 after pulling over on a soggy day. A minute later the owner and his partner happened to be driving by. They gave us a push, for no charge. They were very friendly and knew exactly what to do to get us unstuck. They clearly know how to make a bad day go better! read more

The perfect storm of having a car issue. Came off the Highway and rolled into Milford PA. Just as we got into town all the indicator lights came on in the car. I just managed to get into a spot on the street before the car died. We had no clue what we were going to do. 89 miles from home and it was late at night. We were up for the weekend staying with my cousin and her fiancé. The police and fire department both tried to help out, they were amazing by the way, but nothing they could do for us. They both recommended Dingmans Ferry Roadside service. My wife called and even though it was late they came out to take a look at the car. Jake diagnosed our issue right away and Stephanie was amazing is making my wife feel okay. They came and picked the car up. As soon as the part was at the shop they got it in. I had an amazing experience with this company and want to share my story. While traveling for work, I unfortunately broke down in Reading, PA. After about an hour of trying to figure out what to do and how to get home I reached out to Dingmans Ferry Roadside Service. I was kind of panicking because of how far from home I was but Stephanie answered the phone and she was so sweet. I told her where I was and that my car was broken down and I needed to get home to Dingmans Ferry, she took all my information and said don't worry we will get you home and that they did. Jake was great. He came to pick me up and got me home safe. He was super professional and made the 2 hour ride home like driving with a friend. Not only did he get me home safe, he fixed my car. Today, I had a flat tire and Dingmans Ferry Roadside Assistance sent someone out quickly. They guy, sorry I cannot remember his name, arrived earlier than the original estimated time.
