But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. He then called over the other full-service worker and they did at best a minute, maybe a minute and a half, worth of full-service work. Half the windows were done only; the door jams were untouched. It was a lousy job. I went home, got some rags, and some Windex and did the work that I had already paid for. The man with the Sikh hat and his helper treated me very badly. They would not move my car. They did not want to provide the full-service I had paid for, and only after I would not leave, when told to leave 2-3 times, did they give me any full-service work. At best, an uninspired, lazy, unprofessional minute or so. I don't recommend anyone ever use this car wash service. I paid $45 dollars and was treated very badly. I am a senior on a fixed income. When I consider the blue-collar jobs, I performed for over fifty years, how hard I had to work to earn any money for my family, it really is disturbing the horrible way I was treated today. I am a first-time customer. I will never come back. I hope people read this review and go to other car washes. There is one in Burlington on Route 130, and one in Delran on Route 130, right nearby.

Sometimes they use wet towels and leave streaks on the windows but just tell them. They are not perfect but are close to my home and they know me.
