They did a great job and got some serious stains out of my car! I really wasn't sure it was possible but they double shampooed and moreover got in every nook and cranny to make sure my car was clean. It is a bit pricey, and i have a crossover so i was hoping i didn't have to pay the full SUV price increase. That and the fact that it took awhile to get an appointment are why I'm giving 4 stars. Considering the condition that I took my car in, I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! It had been a long while since my car had been washed, inside or out, and the dirt and grime was apparent all over. We're talking my white paint had started to turn black, the dust inside was caked on, and the car just felt dingy. The way I got my car back though, is a total transformation. All of the dirt had been washed and buffed out of the exterior and a nice fresh coat of wax was applied for a nice smooth polished finish. But the real difference maker was the interior. My dust caked dash and door compartments are now practically sparkling, my floormats, which had previously been stained nearly black are back to their original tan color, and the leather on the seats and consoles seems almost brand new! On top of how great my car looks, working with Harrison was a breeze. He's a super friendly guy and makes the whole process as easy as possible on the customer. Even when it was taking them a bit longer than originally estimated, he texted me to let me know that there would be some delay and gave me an estimated time that I should be able to come pick up my car. Furthermore, you can tell that he's really passionate about his work and cares a lot about each and every car that comes in there. It's easy to imagine that one would care more about the luxury or high-value cars that come in more than others, but I could tell that he cared about my 2002 Toyota just as much as any car that was placed in his care. Lastly, the price. While $185 may sound like a lot of money to spend compared to a standard car wash, the amount of work that is put into the car when you bring it here makes every penny worth it. I was in desperate need of a car detailing and I found this place on Yelp. Located in the most convenient location right in Center City, by Rittenhouse Square, I figured I would give it a try. It was the best decision right from the beginning. I messaged the shop the day before and they were able to accommodate me and my schedule! They took me the next day! I told them I needed to be done at a certain time because of a workout class and they were done an hour early...talk about customer service! My car looked better than when I picked it up from the dealership! I had lots of crumbs and dirt on the floors and stains on my tan cloth seats and everything was spotless upon completion! Inside and out, I was amazed, especially because I hadn't cleaned it once since I got it over a year ago (oops!!!) There are also so many trees on my street where I live and my car is white, so I wasn't extremely hopeful the outside would look great, but I was wrong! The car was shiny and so clean. The whole process was seamless and while the car was getting done, I walked around, got breakfast and coffee, and did some shopping. A+ These guys are something else! Absolutely amazing. The car is perfect again inside and out. They pay attention to every detail, every nook and cranny. Shampoo the carpets, wipe the entire car down, wash, wax, a little buff here and there, etc. My wife and I work with Harrison. Just remarkable. The work they do to the customer service. A+. We've used them about 5 times so far and he service has only gotten better. Honestly, even if you have a favorite detail place that you currently use, give these guys a try.
